信息系统可用性问题对用户情绪的影响

【摘要】：以某军事工程大学自动化办公系统部署为案例研究对象,分析不同类型信息系统可用性问题对用户情绪的影响过程及机理。研究发现,不同类型信息系统可用性问题会诱发不同类别的用户负性情绪,且存在着差异化的学习效应;负性情绪是在用户对信息系统操作绩效的认知和评价基础上诱发的,可用性问题类型不同的条件下,使用经验对用户操作绩效的改善是不一样的,进而导致了差异化的学习效应;信息系统可用性评估、优化实践中,应先区分信息系统可用性问题类型,进而针对性地采取不同的应对策略。
[Abstract]:Taking the deployment of an automated office system in a military engineering university as a case study, this paper analyzes the process and mechanism of the influence of usability problems of different types of information systems on user sentiment. The study found that the usability problems of different types of information systems can induce different types of negative emotions of users, and there are different learning effects, and negative emotions are induced on the basis of users' cognition and evaluation of the performance of information systems. Under the condition of different types of usability problems, the improvement of user performance by using experience is not the same, which leads to the differentiated learning effect. We should first distinguish the types of information system usability problems, and then adopt different coping strategies.
