高校网络课程教学现状及其有效教学策略研究

【摘要】:随着互联网通信技术的迅猛发展,人们获取信息的途径日益增多,传统意义上教学已不能满足学生个性化的学习方式。网络教学已经开始影响中国高等学校教育的目标及方向,因此作为互联网时代的高校教师必须不断提升数字素养,以新型的教学模式提升教学效果。但是由于缺乏互联网教育思维的引导,造成教师对网络教学问题思考不够全面,教学效果并不突出。在这种情况下,有必要运用有效教学理论,结合网络教学的特点,引导教师用“互联网教育思维”全面思考网络课程有效教学问题,有效地激发学生的学习动机,不断提升教学效果。本研究从高校网络课程教学的研究现状出发,以云南师范大学为个案,对高校网络课程的教学现状及存在的问题进行分析和梳理。发现许多高校教师因对网络教学缺乏全面的思考等造成高校网络课程的教学效果不容乐观。因此本文以有效教学理论为基础,再结合网络教学的特点,进一步梳理了网络课程有效教学的内涵及特征。然后,通过对高校网络课程教学中存在的问题进行分析,分别从教师和学校层面提出了一系列提升高校网络课程有效教学的策略,希望能够为提升高校网络课程教学的有效性提供一定的参考。全文详细论述了网络课程有效教学的内涵(有效率、有效果、有效益、有吸引力)。再在非指导性教学策略和有意义接受学习理论深入研究的基础上,结合网络教学的特点,从利用环境创生策略进行充分的教学准备;利用交互作用策略,确保教学过程的顺利开展;采用绩效支持策略,开展有效的学习评价;采用知识管理策略对课程与教学进行有效的组织管理以及从学校层面的支持策略等方面提出了一系列提升高校网络课程有效教学的策略。本文提出的策略以“互联网教育思维”为着眼点,针对在实际网络课程教学中最容易被教师忽略或者运用方式不当等方面,以求运用了这些策略之后教学效果更好,更有效。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet communication technology, there are more and more ways for people to obtain information. In traditional sense, teaching can no longer meet the needs of students' individualized learning. Network teaching has already begun to influence the goal and direction of higher education in China. Therefore, college teachers in the Internet era must constantly improve their digital literacy and improve the teaching effect with a new teaching mode. However, due to the lack of the guidance of Internet education thinking, teachers do not think comprehensively about network teaching problems, and the teaching effect is not outstanding. In this case, it is necessary to apply effective teaching theory and combine the characteristics of network teaching to guide teachers to think about the effective teaching problem of network course with "Internet education thinking", so as to stimulate students' learning motivation effectively. Improve the teaching effect continuously. Based on the current situation of network course teaching in colleges and universities and taking Yunnan normal University as an example, the present situation and problems of network course teaching in colleges and universities are analyzed and sorted out. It is found that many college teachers lack of comprehensive thinking about network teaching, so the teaching effect of network course in colleges and universities is not optimistic. Therefore, based on the effective teaching theory and combined with the characteristics of network teaching, this paper further combs the connotation and characteristics of effective teaching of network course. Then, through the analysis of the problems existing in the teaching of network courses in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward a series of strategies to promote the effective teaching of network courses in colleges and universities from the teacher and school levels, respectively. We hope to provide some reference for improving the effectiveness of network course teaching in colleges and universities. This paper discusses in detail the connotation of effective teaching of network course (efficiency, effect, benefit and attraction). Then on the basis of the in-depth study of non-guiding teaching strategy and meaningful acceptance of learning theory, combined with the characteristics of network teaching, from the use of environmental generation strategy to make full teaching preparation, the use of interactive strategies, To ensure the smooth development of the teaching process; to adopt performance support strategies to carry out effective learning evaluation; This paper puts forward a series of strategies to improve the effective teaching of online courses in colleges and universities from the aspects of effective organization and management of curriculum and teaching and support strategies at school level. The strategies put forward in this paper focus on "thinking of Internet Education" and aim at the aspects of being neglected by teachers or improper in the teaching of practical online courses, so that the teaching effect is better and more effective after these strategies are applied.
