知识产权保护对创新绩效的影响及其机制研究

【摘要】：结合我国转型期的制度背景,文章从微观层面分析知识产权保护对中国制造业企业创新绩效的影响,进一步考察其作用机制。研究发现:知识产权保护对创新绩效具有显著的促进作用,且其作用机制是通过RD投资作为部分中介变量的;知识产权保护正向调节了RD投资与创新绩效之间的关系。作为对策,除了在加强知识产权保护意识方面进行努力外,还应充分发挥其他创新渠道的协同效应。
[Abstract]:Combined with the institutional background of China's transition period, this paper analyzes the impact of intellectual property protection on the innovation performance of Chinese manufacturing enterprises from the micro level, and further investigates its mechanism. It is found that intellectual property protection has a significant promoting effect on innovation performance, and its mechanism is through R D investment as a partial intermediary variable, and intellectual property protection positively regulates the relationship between R D investment and innovation performance. As countermeasures, in addition to the efforts to strengthen the awareness of intellectual property protection, we should give full play to the synergy of other innovative channels.
