基于问卷调查的国家自然科学基金人才项目资助绩效评价

【摘要】：国家自然科学基金作为我国自由探索、自主创新的重要支持平台,其资助绩效一直是政府相关管理部门和社会公众所关注的焦点。本文通过有关"国家自然科学基金人才项目资助绩效评估"问卷调查的数据收集,分析获得国家自然科学基金对各类人才项目资助绩效的整体评价。问卷调查结果显示科学基金统筹协调各类人才项目的资助工作,打造了贯穿科研职业生涯的创新人才和团队培养资助链,并对人才的科研能力培养、职业生涯的发展、学科发展、国际交流合作等方面都有着明显的促进作用。
[Abstract]:As an important supporting platform for free exploration and independent innovation, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) has been the focus of government management departments and the public. Based on the data collected from the questionnaire survey of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), this paper analyzes and obtains the overall evaluation of the performance of the National Natural Science Foundation (NSFC) for all kinds of talent projects. The results of the questionnaire survey show that the Science Fund has coordinated the support work of all kinds of talent projects, created the innovative talents and team training support chain running through the scientific research career, and trained the scientific research ability and the development of the professional career of the talents. Discipline development, international exchange and cooperation have a significant role in promoting.
