【摘要】：目前中国的经济正面临着转型的问题,中国的经济增长需要从依赖基础投资,高污染、高能耗和低效率的方式转移到注重创新,提高效率上来。在这样的大背景下研究企业研发投入、专利产出与企业绩效三者之间的关系,同时考察专利产出对研发投入与企业绩效关系的中介效应有着重要的意义。虽然已经有部分学对企业研发投入的绩效进行了相应的研究,但是对于将研发投入、专利产出与企业绩效三者放到一起研究的并不多。本文研究专利产出在研发投入与企业绩效关系的中介效应,丰富了相关研究。本文首先对研发投入与企业绩效关系、专利产出与企业绩效关系、研发投入与专利产出关系的国内外研究现状进行综述,同时对研发投入、专利产出、企业绩效的概念进行了界定,对技术创新理论、生产要素理论、资源基础理论进行了梳理。然后展开理论分析,提出研究假设,选取合适的变量,构建回归模型。最后本文利用2009-2015年我国深市A股上市公司的企业层面数据实证分析了研发投入与企业绩效的关系,专利产出与企业绩效的关系,研发投入与专利产出的关系,也实证分析了专利产出在研发投入与企业绩效关系的中介效应。实证结果主要有:企业研发投入(包括研发经费投入和研发人员投入)与企业绩效呈正相关关系;专利产出(包括专利数量和专利质量)与企业绩效呈正相关关系;研发投入(包括研发经费投入和研发人员投入)与专利数量呈正相关关系;研发人员投入与专利质量呈正相关关系;专利数量在研发经费投入与企业绩效之间起中介效应;专利数量在研发人员投入与企业绩效之间起中介效应;专利质量在研发人员投入与企业绩效之间起中介效应。最后,本文在对实证检验结果进行分析的基础之上,提出了一些有利于企业实践的建议对策。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy is facing the problem of transformation. China's economic growth needs to shift from relying on basic investment, high pollution, high energy consumption and low efficiency to focusing on innovation and improving efficiency. Under this background, it is of great significance to study the relationship among R & D input, patent output and enterprise performance. At the same time, it is of great significance to investigate the intermediary effect of R & D input and enterprise performance. Although there have been some researches on the performance of R & D investment, there are few researches on R & D input, patent output and enterprise performance. This paper studies the intermediary effect of patent output on R & D input and firm performance, which enriches the relevant research. In this paper, the relationship between R & D input and enterprise performance, the relationship between patent output and enterprise performance, the relationship between R & D input and patent output, and the relationship between R & D input and patent output are reviewed. The concept of enterprise performance is defined, and the theory of technological innovation, production factor and resource-based theory are sorted out. Then the theoretical analysis is carried out, the research hypothesis is put forward, the appropriate variables are selected, and the regression model is constructed. Finally, this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between R & D input and enterprise performance, patent output and enterprise performance, R & D input and patent output using firm level data of A-share listed companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2015. It also analyzes the intermediary effect of patent output on R & D input and firm performance. The empirical results are as follows: enterprise R & D investment (including R & D investment and R D personnel input) is positively correlated with enterprise performance, patent output (including patent quantity and patent quality) is positively correlated with enterprise performance; R & D investment (including R & D investment and R D personnel input) has a positive correlation with the number of patents, R & D personnel input and patent quality, patent quantity plays an intermediary role between R & D expenditure and enterprise performance. Patent quantity plays an intermediary effect between R & D personnel input and firm performance, while patent quality plays an intermediary effect between R & D personnel input and firm performance. Finally, based on the analysis of the empirical results, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the practice of enterprises.
