关键绩效指标法在高校教师绩效评价中的运用

【摘要】:目前,我国高等教育已经进入了快速发展时期,为了科学客观地评价高校教师工作,提升高校教师的绩效评价水平,各高校迫切需要建立一套科学、高效的教师绩效评价指标体系,关键绩效指标法是一种有效的绩效评价方法和战略实施工具。明确关键绩效指标法的含义和特点,发挥关键绩效指标法在高校教师绩效评价中的积极作用,制定关键绩效指标法的主要内容和实施步骤,对于科学评价高校教师工作绩效,持续提高人才培养水平具有十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:At present, China's higher education has entered a period of rapid development. In order to scientifically and objectively evaluate the work of university teachers and improve the performance evaluation level of university teachers, it is urgent for colleges and universities to establish a set of science. The key performance index method is an effective performance evaluation method and strategy implementation tool. This paper clarifies the meaning and characteristics of the key performance indicator method, exerts the positive role of the key performance index method in the performance evaluation of university teachers, formulates the main content and implementation steps of the key performance index method, and evaluates the work performance of university teachers scientifically. It is of great significance to continuously improve the level of talent training.
