产学研合作中知识流动绩效影响因素及验证研究

【摘要】：随着科学技术的快速发展,产学研合作成为企业在市场竞争中保持优势地位的主要方法。同时,在我国中长期科技发展规划的指导下,产学研合作成为我国科技政策的重点之一,而且以产学研合作为中心的技术创新体系成为国家整体创新体系建设的关键。然而,我国产学研合作大力开展二十年以来,其绩效并不显著,并未从根本上提升我国核心技术创新能力。产学研合作中高校是知识的主要来源方,是企业获取高新技术的主要来源和企业迎接市场上高技术挑战及日益全球化的知识经济竞争的坚实后盾,因此提升产学研合作绩效的有效途径之一是促进知识在高校与企业之间有效流动,而产学研合作中知识流动绩效影响因素也由此一直成为很多学者关注的问题。本文从理论与实践两方面对知识流动绩效影响因素进行了研究。第一,在阅读大量文献的基础上,梳理了产学研合作中知识流动绩效影响因素,并提出本文所研究的知识流动绩效影响因素,主要是信任、知识共享意愿和信息对称性。第二,对这些因素与知识流动绩效之间的关系以及这些因素之间的关系进行机理分析,以此为依据,构建知识流动绩效影响因素的研究模型,并提出理论假设;同时,根据来自江苏省高校教师的问卷调查数据,实证分析信任、知识共享意愿、信息对称性与知识流动绩效的关系,验证提出的研究模型和理论假设。第三,基于以上的机理分析和实证分析,利用系统动力学软件,构建产学研合作中知识流动绩效影响因素的结构流图,对模型中涉及到的变量进行说明,同时为各个变量建立方程式,然后,对模型进行有效性检验,主要是模拟系统与实际系统的一致性检验;基于知识流动动态模型,利用Vensim PLE软件对系统进行仿真,同时根据通过改变其中一个重要参数的值,分析系统结构的变化以及系统输出量走势的变化,并分析其走势变化的原因,从而得出相关变量对知识流动绩效的具体影响路径。最后,基于以上研究,总结产学研合作中知识流动绩效提升对策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, industry-university-research cooperation has become the main method for enterprises to maintain their dominant position in market competition. At the same time, under the guidance of the long-term scientific and technological development plan of our country, the cooperation between industry, university and research has become one of the emphases of our country's science and technology policy, and the technology innovation system centered on the cooperation of industry, education and research has become the key to the construction of the whole national innovation system. However, since the cooperation between industry, university and research has been carried out vigorously for twenty years, its performance is not remarkable, and it has not fundamentally promoted the core technological innovation ability of our country. In the cooperation of industry, university and research, universities are the main sources of knowledge, the main sources for enterprises to acquire high and new technology, and the solid backing for enterprises to meet the challenge of high technology in the market and the increasingly globalized competition of knowledge economy. Therefore, one of the effective ways to improve the performance of industry-university-research cooperation is to promote the effective flow of knowledge between universities and enterprises, and the factors that affect the performance of knowledge flow in industry-university-research cooperation have become a concern of many scholars. This paper studies the factors influencing the performance of knowledge flow in theory and practice. First, on the basis of reading a large number of literatures, this paper combs the factors that affect the performance of knowledge flow in the cooperation of industry, university and research, and puts forward the factors that affect the performance of knowledge flow, such as trust, willingness to share knowledge and symmetry of information. Secondly, the relationship between these factors and the performance of knowledge flow and the relationship between these factors are analyzed, based on which, the research model of the factors influencing the performance of knowledge flow is established, and the theoretical hypothesis is put forward. Based on the questionnaire survey data from university teachers in Jiangsu Province, this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between trust, knowledge sharing willingness, information symmetry and knowledge flow performance, and verifies the proposed research model and theoretical hypothesis. Thirdly, based on the above mechanism analysis and empirical analysis, using the system dynamics software, construct the structure flow diagram of the factors influencing the performance of knowledge flow in the cooperation of industry, college and research, and explain the variables involved in the model. At the same time, the equations are established for each variable, and then the validity of the model is verified, which is mainly the consistency test between the simulation system and the actual system, and based on the dynamic model of knowledge flow, the Vensim PLE software is used to simulate the system. At the same time, according to changing the value of one of the important parameters, this paper analyzes the change of system structure and the trend of system output, and analyzes the reasons for the change of the trend, so as to obtain the specific influence path of the relevant variables on the performance of knowledge flow. Finally, based on the above research, the paper summarizes the strategies to improve the performance of knowledge flow in the cooperation of industry, college and research.
