工作重塑对科研机构知识产权人员工作投入、满意度和工作绩效的影响

【摘要】:在文献回顾的基础上,以工作重塑为视角,以某科研机构为案例,通过问卷调查法对科研机构知识产权人员进行了调研和分析,以探讨科研机构知识产权人员的工作重塑及其对工作绩效、工作满意度和职业满意度的影响。研究结果表明工作重塑通过工作投入对工作绩效、工作满意度和职业满意度有显著影响。
[Abstract]:On the basis of literature review, from the perspective of work remodeling and taking a scientific research institution as a case, this paper investigates and analyzes the intellectual property rights personnel of scientific research institutions by means of questionnaire investigation. To explore the work remodeling of intellectual property personnel in scientific research institutions and its influence on job performance, job satisfaction and career satisfaction. The results showed that job remodeling had significant effects on job performance, job satisfaction and career satisfaction through job involvement.
