科研团队内部社会资本对创新绩效的影响——以知识共享为中介变量

【摘要】:基于现有科研团队社会资本、知识共享及创新绩效的相关文献,提出了科研团队内部社会资本与创新绩效和知识共享之间的理论假设,确定了科研团队内部社会资本的测量维度和指标,并通过问卷调查的方式,运用SPSS对所得数据进行统计分析,进而对理论假设进行了实证检验.结果表明,科研团队内部社会资本对创新绩效及知识共享有显著正向影响;科研团队知识共享在内部社会资本与创新绩效间起部分中介作用.
[Abstract]:Based on the existing literature on social capital, knowledge sharing and innovation performance of scientific research teams, the theoretical hypotheses between social capital, innovation performance and knowledge sharing within scientific research teams are put forward. The measurement dimension and index of social capital in scientific research team are determined, and the statistical analysis of the data is carried out by using SPSS through questionnaire survey, and then the theoretical hypothesis is tested empirically. The results show that the internal social capital has a significant positive impact on innovation performance and knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing plays a part of intermediary role between internal social capital and innovation performance.
