学习敏锐度:概念、测量、研究进展与热点争议

【摘要】:学习敏锐度指个体从经验中学习,并将其所学运用于新的陌生性环境的意愿和能力,其提出目的在于测评组织内领导型人才的发展潜能,为当今处于动态复杂商业环境下的组织鉴别未来的领导者提供借鉴。现有实证研究已表明学习敏锐度对领导潜能辨识及晋升后绩效有较好的预测效度,实践派多认为其亦可作为领导力开发的理论与工具基础。由于学习敏锐度概念的提出具有浓重的应用管理背景,实践应用与理论研究并未对其有全面的一致认识,并伴有深刻的理论争论。未来研究需进一步明确学习敏锐度的概念边界、属性、有效的研究用测量工具及作用机制等方面。
[Abstract]:Learning acuity refers to the willingness and ability of individuals to learn from experience and apply what they have learned to new unfamiliar environments. Provide reference for identifying future leaders in today's dynamic and complex business environment. The existing empirical studies have shown that learning acuity has a good predictive validity for leadership potential identification and performance after promotion, and Paiduo believes that it can also be used as a theoretical and instrumental basis for leadership development. Because the concept of learning acuity has a strong background of applied management, the practical application and theoretical research do not have a comprehensive and consistent understanding of the concept, and there is a profound theoretical debate. In the future, it is necessary to clarify the conceptual boundary, attributes, effective measuring tools and mechanism of learning acuity.
