城市轨道交通网络运营服务质量评估方法研究与实践

【摘要】：针对目前国内城市轨道交通网络运营服务质量评估仍是通过关键绩效指标(KPI)来监控,不能全面描述某一条线路/区域的运作质量的现状,通过论证分析,综合了平衡计分卡、层次分析法与模糊综合评估方法,建立了一套城市轨道交通网络运营服务质量评估模型。阐述了流程建立过程和具体的实施步骤,并以广州地铁线网为例,验证了该评估模型的有效性和实用性。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the service quality evaluation of urban rail transit network is still monitored by (KPI), which can not describe the operation quality of a certain line / region comprehensively, the balanced scorecard is synthesized through demonstration and analysis. A set of service quality evaluation model of urban rail transit network is established by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The process of establishing the process and the concrete implementation steps are described. The effectiveness and practicability of the evaluation model are verified by taking the Guangzhou subway network as an example.
