转移情境对高校体育教师知识转移的验证研究

【摘要】:采用实证研究方法,以高校体育教师为调研对象,从知识距离、激励机制、组织文化和转移方式4个维度出发,探讨转移情境对高校体育教师知识转移绩效的主要影响因素。结果显示:激励机制未对知识转移绩效产生直接影响,知识距离、组织文化和转移方式3个变量均对知识转移绩效产生显著正向影响;激励机制通过作用于其它3个变量而间接影响知识转移绩效。建议通过建立与高校体育教育协同发展的知识培训体系、知识服务机制和激励奖励机制加快高校体育教师知识学习和知识流动,完善高校体育教师知识结构。
[Abstract]:By using the empirical research method and taking the PE teachers in colleges and universities as the object of investigation, this paper discusses the main factors that affect the knowledge transfer performance of PE teachers in colleges and universities from the four dimensions of knowledge distance, incentive mechanism, organizational culture and transfer mode. The results show that the incentive mechanism has no direct influence on the knowledge transfer performance, and the knowledge distance, organizational culture and transfer mode all have significant positive effects on the knowledge transfer performance. Incentive mechanism indirectly affects the performance of knowledge transfer by acting on the other three variables. It is suggested that the knowledge training system, the mechanism of knowledge service and the mechanism of incentive and reward should be set up to accelerate the knowledge learning and knowledge flow of PE teachers in colleges and universities, so as to perfect the knowledge structure of PE teachers in colleges and universities.
