公立医院临床住院科室绩效考核方案的设计

【摘要】:目的基于病例分组思想,设计一套反映临床住院科室实际工作量、技术水平及风险程度的绩效考核方案。方法以待考核临床住院科室为分组大类,以住院日为因素,以其影响因素为分类变量,运用E-CHAID方法构建病例组合分组,联合使用权重及病例数确定住院科室绩效考核方案。结果设计出一套适用于样本医院7个科室共39类的绩效权重方案,根据各临床住院科室收治病人数及权重确定科室绩效考核结果。结论考核方案具有客观性、直观性、可操作性,为公立医院的科室绩效改革提供了参考依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to design a performance appraisal scheme which reflects the actual workload, technical level and risk level of clinical department based on the idea of case grouping. Methods taking the clinical department to be examined as the big group, the day of hospitalization as the factor and the influencing factor as the classification variable, the E-CHAID method was used to construct the case combination group, and combined use of weight and the number of cases to determine the inpatient department performance appraisal scheme. Results A set of 39 kinds of performance weighting schemes was designed for 7 departments in the sample hospital. The results of performance evaluation were determined according to the number and weight of the patients in each clinical department. Conclusion the evaluation scheme is objective, intuitive and operable, which provides a reference for the reform of department performance in public hospitals.
