吉安农商银行绩效考核体系研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, domestic commercial banks have increasingly fierce competition. In the developed areas of our country, the commercial banks are expanding constantly, and the demand for the economic development of China cannot be satisfied by the growth rate of the bank network, and the competition among the banks is becoming increasingly fierce. One of the key factors to win the market competition is to keep the market share of the bank, to enhance the market share, and to build an efficient performance appraisal system through giving full play to its own advantages. At present, there are still many defects in the performance appraisal system of Ji'an Agricultural and Commercial Bank, which seriously restrict the overall development and market competitiveness of the bank. Compared with other regional banks, there is no matter the competitiveness or the speed of development. Are much lower. Based on this, based on the development of Ji'an Agricultural Commercial Bank, an efficient performance appraisal system is constructed. Through the application of balanced Scorecard and key performance indicators, this paper analyzes the existing performance appraisal scheme of Ji'an Agricultural Commercial Bank, finds and summarizes the existing problems, and redesigns the performance appraisal system of Ji'an Agricultural Commercial Bank. The department manager, branch president, appointed accountant and employee performance appraisal system are constructed respectively. Through the improvement of the performance appraisal system, the aim is to promote the development of the grass-roots network and encourage the employees, increase the market share, realize the efficient management of the whole bank, the grass-roots network and the staff, and at the same time, improve the competitiveness of the bank. To promote the steady development of Ji'an Agricultural Commercial Bank.
