发达国家与发展中国家对外直接投资效率比较研究

【摘要】：对外投资是一个经济体发展到一定程度的必然产物,也是国际经济政治竞争力的主要表现。《发达国家与发展中国家对外直接投资效率比较研究》从对外投资的传统理论讲起,延伸到当前对外投资理论的最新发展,通过案例形式分析发达与发展中经济体的对外投资异同问题。《发达国家与发展中国家金融业对外投资的比较研究》从二战后国际金融投资发展趋势说起,提出对外投资目标国选择、对外开放空间与投资主动性、投资动机是发达国家和发展中国家金融对外投资最主要的差别。《当前中国对外投资战略的国际比较》,分析了中美日三国对外投资战略的发展阶段与特征,提出中国应构建跨国公司主导和企业协同发展的对外投资模式。《中美对外直接投资绩效比较》,分析了中国和美国对外投资的异同点以及不同的绩效表现,并对今后中国对外直接投资的模式进行了构建。
[Abstract]:Foreign investment is the inevitable outcome of the development of an economy to a certain extent and the main manifestation of the international economic and political competitiveness. The Comparative study on the efficiency of Foreign Direct Investment between developed and developing countries begins with the traditional theory of foreign investment. Extending to the latest development of foreign investment theory, This paper analyzes the similarities and differences of foreign investment between developed and developing economies through case studies. "A Comparative study of Financial Foreign Investment between developed and developing countries" from the perspective of the development trend of international financial investment after World War II, Put forward the choice of target countries for foreign investment, the space for opening up to the outside world and the initiative of investment, Investment motivation is the most important difference between developed and developing countries in financial outward investment. "International comparison of China's Foreign Investment Strategy", this paper analyzes the development stage and characteristics of China, America and Japan's foreign investment strategy. This paper puts forward that China should construct a mode of foreign investment led by multinational corporations and coordinated development of enterprises. The comparison of the performance of China and the United States in foreign direct investment (OFDI) is presented, and the similarities and differences between China and the United States in OFDI and its different performance are analyzed. And the model of China's foreign direct investment in the future has been constructed.
