LT公司间接物料采购管理研究

【摘要】：当前,国际金融市场动荡不安,企业竞争日益激烈,很多企业都在想法设法开源节流。原材料采购是企业成本控制中最直接的部门,一直广受关注,但间接物料采购却被长期忽视,甚至很多企业并未设置专职间接物料采购部门和人员。事实上,建立和加强间接物料采购管理职能能够为公司节约成本做出重大贡献,其有效运行也是公司日常运营平稳进行的重要保障。所以当今越来越多企业开始重视这个职能,将间接物料采购管理作为企业提高经济效益和增强市场竞争力的重要手段之一,以此来确保企业的长期稳定发展。本文以LT公司间接物料采购管理为研究对象,对LT公司的间接物料采购流程、供应商管理流程、成本控制管理和绩效考核体系进行调查研究,剖析其存在的问题。并基于LT公司间接物料采购的特点,提出优化间接物料采购流程,改善间接物料供应商管理,完善成本控制管理和间接物料采购绩效考核体系等切实的改进方案。本文作者希望通过本文研究能够有助于LT公司间接物料采购管理的完善,能够更好的提高采购管理效率和达到控制采购成本的效果,并为其他企业在间接物料采购管理方面提供一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the turbulence of international financial market and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, many enterprises are trying to find ways to open source and save money. Therefore, more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to this function and regard indirect material procurement management as an enterprise to improve economic efficiency and enhance market competitiveness. In this paper, the indirect material purchasing process, supplier management process, cost control management and performance appraisal system of LT company are investigated and studied, and the existing problems are analyzed. The author hopes that this study will be helpful to the improvement of LT company's indirect material purchasing management and the improvement of purchasing management. Efficiency and control of procurement costs, and for other enterprises in indirect material procurement management to provide a certain reference.
