关系冲突与虚拟团队创新绩效的实证研究——基于团队效能感的调节作用

【摘要】:本文结合虚拟环境,整合社会认知理论和情绪理论,在虚拟团队中探讨关系冲突、团队效能感对虚拟团队创新绩效的影响机制。经过检验假设,关系冲突与虚拟团队创新绩效呈现负相关,团队效能感对创新绩效有显著的提升作用,并且在关系冲突与虚拟团队创新绩效之间起到显著的调节作用。
[Abstract]:Combined with virtual environment, social cognition theory and emotion theory, this paper discusses the influence mechanism of relationship conflict and team efficacy on virtual team innovation performance in virtual team. After testing the hypothesis, the relationship conflict and virtual team innovation performance show negative correlation, team efficacy has a significant role in improving innovation performance, and between the relationship conflict and virtual team innovation performance play a significant role in regulation.
