基于KPI法的氟硅公司员工绩效考核体系构建与应用研究
[Abstract]:Employee performance appraisal is particularly important to the talent management of enterprises, it can help enterprises to screen out the outstanding talents that enterprises need, but also to eliminate the poor employees to achieve the goal of survival of the fittest. As the competition between enterprises intensifies, they must improve their soft power from within the enterprise if they want to maintain their continuous advantage in the market. The competitiveness of enterprises depends not only on the external market, but also on the internal management. The performance appraisal of the enterprise will affect every employee in the enterprise, not only to the ordinary employee, but also to the manager. Therefore, performance appraisal is a problem that can not be ignored. This paper takes Shanxi Yanchang Petroleum Fluorosilicon Chemical Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "fluorosilicon company") as the research object, studies the existing employee assessment system of the company, finds out the existing problems, and redesigns and improves it. The aim of optimizing the examination result has been achieved. Based on the relevant theory of performance appraisal, the paper analyzes the overall status of performance appraisal of employees in fluorosilicon company, and points out that the main problems in performance appraisal are: the main body of performance appraisal is single, The evaluation index is set at random and out of touch with the company's overall goal, lack of attention to the performance feedback link, improper use of the evaluation results and so on. Aiming at these problems, the paper redesigned the evaluation system of fluorosilicon company by using KPI method. First of all, using Delphi expert consultation method to establish the assessment standard of the company from 3 aspects and 12 indicators, and then according to the importance of each index to give different weights, forming a number of assessment levels. Finally, the performance index system of the enterprise staff is established. In addition, this paper also puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures for the implementation of the performance appraisal system, which makes the employee performance appraisal system more scientific and reasonable.
