W公司基于卓越绩效模式的战略管理评价和改进机制研究
[Abstract]:Equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation of national industrial development and the core component of manufacturing industry. At present, China's equipment manufacturing industry is large and not strong, and the key parts are particularly weak. This kind of traditional enterprises pay more attention to technology, equipment, product quality and other specific problems in the management, but there are many defects in the construction of management system and strategic management. W Company is a major equipment parts manufacturing enterprise with the background of state-owned enterprises. Because of the characteristics of the industry and the market, the company attaches great importance to the strategic planning work compared with the general traditional machinery manufacturing enterprises. The problems existing in the management and the exploration of the solutions are quite typical. In this paper, case study and literature research are used to investigate the strategic management practice of W Company. By introducing and implementing excellent performance model, W Company objectively describes the general situation of the organization and the present situation of strategic management, on the basis of an objective description of the general situation of the organization and the present situation of strategic management. Self-evaluation of the organization's approach to strategic management and its roll-out, improvement, and degree of coordination with other scoring items needed by the organization, That is to say, the maturity of organizational management process is evaluated by the four elements of "method-development-learning-integration". Then identify the organization's strengths and key opportunities for improvement in this management module, and use this information to explore and implement implementable enhancements and improvements. The purpose of this paper is to help the company to improve the effectiveness of strategy and operation, but also to provide a reference case for the research and promotion of outstanding performance model, and to play a certain reference role in the strategic management work of domestic similar enterprises. The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly describes the research background, the purpose significance, the research method and the train of thought. The second is the summary of strategic management evaluation, which mainly discusses the performance evaluation criteria, the process and methods of strategic management evaluation. The third chapter is the case, introduces W Company, introduces the excellent performance model and strategic management evaluation. The fourth chapter discusses the design of strategic management system based on excellence performance model, including strategic closed-loop management framework, strategy making process, strategic map, KPI and performance appraisal scheme. The fifth chapter is the research conclusion, analyzes the W company strategic management improvement project achievement and the insufficiency. There are two innovations in this paper. One is to study how to conduct systematic thinking and top-level design of the whole management system under the guidance of the outstanding performance evaluation criterion. According to the actual situation of the enterprise to establish its own enterprise characteristics of strategic management system. The criteria of performance excellence evaluation and its implementation guidelines do not give specific operation methods, but the value lies in the abstraction and summary of the general management concepts and methods. Therefore, according to the actual situation of the enterprise, the establishment of a management system based on the excellent performance model is very important to improve the management maturity of the enterprise, and it is also the practicability and universal applicability of the excellent performance model. As far as w company is concerned, this system includes a set of closed-loop strategic management framework, standardized strategy-making management method, balanced scorecard strategic map and key performance index system, and strategic control process with performance evaluation as the core The second is to combine the strategic management method with the strategic management evaluation, the theoretical analysis and the case study, and discuss how to make strategic analysis, strategic choice, target formulation, strategic transformation in the enterprise. Various management tools and methods are used flexibly in the process of target decomposition and tracking implementation, and through continuous evaluation, learning, improving circulation, innovation and integration of methods and tools, the continuous improvement of management ability is realized.
