创业者心理特质对新企业创新绩效的影响研究

【摘要】:创业者心理特质,作为创业者研究领域的重要部分,已被广大学者所关注,但尚未得到一个统一的、系统的认识。而创新则是企业管理过程中的一项重要职能,决定了企业的发展与市场竞争力。我们把创新的过程看作是一种创造与改革的过程,让企业更适应市场的竞争,发展得更加稳定。对于初创企业来说,创业者起到了至关重要的作用。一方面,创业者通过获取资源进行机会的识别;另一方面,创业者通过获取的资源进行整合并有效配置提高企业的创新能力,为企业带来持续竞争优势。因此以资源获取为中介变量,研究创业者心理特质与企业创新绩效的关系具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。首先本文对以往的文献进行梳理并对相关理论进行学习研究,提出了本文的概念模型和研究假设。本文将创业者心理特质分为成就需要、风险承担性、控制源三个维度,将企业创新绩效划分为技术创新绩效和管理创新绩效两个维度,同时引入资源获取这一中介变量,并对三者的关系进行研究分析。而后本文借鉴国内外相关成熟量表,并在本研究的基础上适当修改并调整语序形成本文的调查问卷,同时在北京市和吉林省地区进行调研,共回收有效问卷203份,形成样本数据。最后通过SPSS22.0软件对样本数据进行统计分析(包括同源性偏差检验、信度与效度检验、Pearson相关性检验以及多元线性回归分析)对本文提出的概念模型和假设进行验证,得出结论。本文研究结果表明:(1)在研究创业者心理特质与企业创新绩效关系中,风险承担性对技术创新绩效的影响不显著,假设未得到支持,而其它假设均得到了支持;(2)在研究资源获取和企业创新绩效关系中,资源获取对技术创新绩效和管理创新绩效均有显著正向影响;(3)在研究创业者心理特质各维度与资源获取的关系中,成就需要对资源获取的影响不显著,假设未得到支持,而风险承担性和控制源对资源获取均有显著正向影响;(4)在研究资源获取的中介作用中,资源获取在创业者心理特质与技术创新绩效、管理创新绩效间均存在中介作用。
[Abstract]:The psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs, as an important part of the research field of entrepreneurs, have been concerned by the majority of scholars, but have not yet been a unified, systematic understanding. Innovation is an important function in the process of enterprise management, which determines the development of enterprises and market competitiveness. We regard the process of innovation as a process of creation and reform, which enables enterprises to adapt to market competition and develop more steadily. For startups, entrepreneurs play a vital role. On the one hand, entrepreneurs identify opportunities by acquiring resources; on the other hand, entrepreneurs integrate the acquired resources and effectively allocate them to improve the innovation ability of enterprises, which brings sustainable competitive advantages for enterprises. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the relationship between the psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs and the performance of enterprise innovation by taking the acquisition of resources as the intermediary variable. Firstly, this paper combs the previous literatures and studies the relevant theories, and puts forward the conceptual model and research hypothesis of this paper. In this paper, the psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs are divided into three dimensions: achievement needs, risk acceptance, and source of control. The performance of enterprise innovation is divided into two dimensions: technological innovation performance and management innovation performance, and the intermediary variable of resource acquisition is introduced at the same time. The relationship between the three is studied and analyzed. Then this paper draws lessons from the relevant mature scale at home and abroad, and on the basis of this research, modifies and adjusts the word order to form the questionnaire of this article, and carries on the investigation in Beijing and Jilin Province, altogether retrieves 203 valid questionnaires. Form sample data. Finally, the conceptual model and hypothesis proposed in this paper are validated by statistical analysis of sample data (including homology deviation test, reliability and validity test, Pearson correlation test and multivariate linear regression analysis) by SPSS22.0 software. come to conclusion The results show that: (1) in the study of the relationship between the psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs and enterprise innovation performance, the impact of risk-taking on technological innovation performance is not significant, the hypothesis is not supported, but the other assumptions are supported; (2) in the study of the relationship between resource acquisition and enterprise innovation performance, resource acquisition has a significant positive impact on both technological innovation performance and management innovation performance; (3) in the study of the relationship between the psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs and the acquisition of resources, achievement needs have no significant impact on the acquisition of resources, and the hypothesis is not supported, while the risk taking and the source of control have significant positive effects on the acquisition of resources; (4) in the study of the intermediary role of resource acquisition, resource acquisition plays an intermediary role between the psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs, technological innovation performance and management innovation performance.
