高等中医药院校创新型师资队伍培养体系建设探索

【摘要】：随着中医药事业及其文化的快速发展,高等中医药院校对创新型教师的需要越来越迫切。创新型教师的培养是源于教师自身成长的经历,还是高校人才培养的"环境培养"体系建设的结果,是值得师资管理者深思的问题。文章立足于时代的召唤和教育改革的需求,对创新型教师成长所在的机制环境、发展环境、自身环境、绩效环境等方面进行探索,简要勾勒出创新型教师的成长因素。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of traditional Chinese medicine and its culture, the need of innovative teachers in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine is becoming more and more urgent. The cultivation of innovative teachers is derived from their own growth experience, or the result of the construction of the "environment training" system of talent training in colleges and universities. It is a question worthy of teachers' consideration. Based on the call of the times and the demand of educational reform, this paper explores the mechanism environment, development environment, self-environment and performance environment of the growth of innovative teachers, and outlines the growth factors of innovative teachers.
