华侨大学高水平篮球队管理案例分析

【摘要】:华侨大学于1986年成立了学校男子篮球队,在国内一系列比赛中取得了许多骄人的战绩。自98年CUBA中国大学生篮球联赛举办至今,该校男篮在本赛会上共取得了九次总冠军,成为第一支在CUBA联赛中获得“四连冠”的球队,可谓硕果累累。为此,通过对高校高水平运动队成功运行模式的研究,对高校体育工作广泛而深入的开展,促进校园体育文化的建设和全民健身活动的开展,具有划时代的意义。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等科学研究方法,对华侨大学男子篮球队管理现状进行调查研究,结果显示:1.华侨大学高水平篮球队现有运动员主要来自普通高中,均具有国家二级运动以上等级证书,身体各方面条件均较好。2.华侨大学高水平运动队教练员队伍呈老、中、青,以中年为主的合理结构,职称结构呈两极分化,专职教练员少。3.华侨大学高水平篮球队办队的经费充足、教练员水平高、领导重视、运动员生活待遇好。4.篮球队队员的文化学习和训练之间的矛盾比较突出。5.华侨大学高水平篮球队能够保证训练时间和次数,全年坚持训练,运动员训练水平有不同程度的提高,有年度、阶段和课时计划,但缺少多年训练计划,缺少对运动员的训练监测和医务监督。结论:1.华侨大学高水平男子篮球队的发展应逐步充实完善内部环境,优化科学训练管理手段。2.建立教练员管理的长效机制,打破高校高水平运动队教练员唯任命制的单一管理模式,尝试实行目标管理,责任包干,实行教练员聘用制。3.通过各种形式的培训和继续教育,提高教练员业务水平,制定绩效考核标准和奖励机制。4.加强球队动态管理,提高管理创新水平。5.切实解决好球员在学习、训练、生活等方面的问题,为他们提供良好的后勤保障。6.加强资源的有效配置,充分利用学校现有资源条件,拓展资金来源渠道,吸引社会资金协同办学,使高校体育产业和体育竞技迈向市场化、社会化的管理运作模式。
[Abstract]:Overseas Chinese University established its men's basketball team in 1986, and has made many remarkable achievements in a series of competitions in China. Since the CUBA University Basketball League was held in 1998, the university's men's basketball team has won nine championships in this tournament, becoming the first team to win the "fourth consecutive title" in the CUBA league, which can be described as fruitful. Therefore, it is of epoch-making significance to carry out the college sports work extensively and deeply through the study of the successful operation mode of the high-level sports teams in colleges and universities, and to promote the construction of the campus sports culture and the development of the national fitness activities. Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper makes an investigation on the management of men's basketball team in overseas Chinese University. The results are as follows: 1. The current basketball team of overseas Chinese University mainly comes from the ordinary high school, all have the national second class sports above grade certificate, the body each aspect condition is good. 2. The coaches of high level sports team of overseas Chinese University are old, middle and young, with middle age and middle age as the main rational structure, professional title structure is polarized, and the number of full-time coaches is less than 3. 3%. The high level basketball team of overseas Chinese University has sufficient funds, high level of coaches, attention of leaders, and good living conditions for athletes. 4. Basketball team members of the cultural learning and training of the conflict between the more prominent. 5. The high level basketball team of overseas Chinese University can guarantee the training time and times, persist in training throughout the year, improve the training level of athletes to varying degrees, have annual, stage, and class time plans, but lack training plans for many years. Lack of athletes training monitoring and medical supervision. Conclusion: 1. The development of the high level men's basketball team of overseas Chinese University should enrich and perfect the internal environment step by step, optimize the scientific training management means. 2. To establish a long-term mechanism of coaches management, to break the single management mode of appointment system for coaches of high level sports teams in colleges and universities, to try to implement objective management, to be responsible for all kinds of work, and to carry out the appointment system of coaches. 3. Through various forms of training and continuing education, improve the professional level of coaches, develop performance evaluation standards and reward mechanism. 4. Strengthen the team dynamic management, improve the level of management innovation. 5. Effectively solve the players in the study, training, life and other aspects of the problem, to provide them with good logistical support. 6. Strengthen the effective allocation of resources, make full use of the existing resources of the school, expand the sources of funds, attract social funds to cooperate in running schools, so that the sports industry and sports in colleges and universities move towards the market-oriented and socialized management operation mode.
