嵌入心理契约的馆员知识服务能力建设研究

【摘要】：本文以馆员知识服务能力为研究对象,以其相关理论为研究基础,尝试从心理契约的视角并将心理契约嵌入到馆员知识服务能力的研究中。界定了心理契约的内涵、特征,详细论述了馆员知识服务能力、存在的问题及体系构建,重点提出了馆员知识服务能力提升的若干有效措施和保障,管控心理契约动态变化环节,以提升知识服务绩效为目的,实现馆员知识服务能力体系构建及知识服务能力得到有效提升。本文期待以此为理论研究的突破口,拓宽馆员知识服务能力理论研究的新思路。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the librarian's knowledge service ability as the research object, takes its related theory as the research foundation, attempts from the psychological contract angle of view and embeds the psychological contract into the librarian's knowledge service ability research. This paper defines the connotation and characteristics of psychological contract, discusses in detail the librarian's knowledge service ability, the existing problems and the system construction, and puts forward some effective measures and guarantees to enhance the librarian's knowledge service ability. In order to improve the performance of knowledge service, the dynamic change link of psychological contract is managed to realize the construction of librarian's knowledge service ability system and the effective promotion of knowledge service ability. This paper looks forward to using this as a breakthrough in theoretical research and broadening the new ideas of theoretical research on librarians' knowledge service ability.
