足球俱乐部的体育文化价值研究——以苏宁足球俱乐部为例

【摘要】:足球俱乐部的发展壮大不仅取决于运营和绩效,其文化建设也至关重要。体育文化作为一种社会意识,能够反映俱乐部的运营管理、经营理念、球队建设等各个方面,为俱乐部的全体成员所认可并且指引他们的行动。梳理了足球俱乐部文化价值的相关概念,将足球俱乐部体育文化的价值概括为三个方面:精神价值、人文价值以及经济价值。从载体角度来看,足球俱乐部体育文化的精神价值包括足球俱乐部精神、运动员精神和球迷精神,主要强调足球俱乐部文化在这些主体上的精神体现。足球俱乐部体育文化的人文价值强调以人为本,强调人的主观能动性。足球俱乐部体育文化的经济价值,主要反映在门票收入、赞助和广告收入以及球迷产品三个方面,并以苏宁足球俱乐部为例对体育文化的价值进行了具体阐释。分析足球俱乐部的体育文化价值的意义,有利于提高俱乐部自身的竞争力,有利于加强俱乐部的内部凝聚力,有利于扩大俱乐部的社会影响力。
[Abstract]:The development of football club depends not only on its operation and performance, but also on its cultural construction. As a kind of social consciousness, sports culture can reflect the operation management, management idea, team construction and other aspects of the club, which is recognized and guided by all the members of the club. This paper combs the related concepts of the cultural value of the football club and generalizes the value of the sports culture of the football club into three aspects: the spiritual value, the humanistic value and the economic value. From the point of view of carrier, the spiritual value of sports culture of football club includes the spirit of football club, the spirit of players and the spirit of fans, mainly emphasizing the spirit of football club culture on these subjects. The humanistic value of football club sports culture emphasizes people-oriented and subjective initiative. The economic value of sports culture of football club is mainly reflected in three aspects: ticket income, sponsorship and advertising income, and fan products. Taking Su Ning football club as an example, the value of sports culture is explained in detail. Analyzing the significance of sports culture value of football club is helpful to improve the competition ability of the club itself, strengthen the cohesion of the club inside, and enlarge the social influence of the club.
