技术引进和自主研发对中国制造业企业创新绩效影响模拟

【摘要】:随着国内产业的转型和升级,企业创新绩效越来越受到重视.整理归纳了关于技术引进与自主研发对中国制造业企业创新绩效影响的研究结论,在现有研究的基础上,结合系统动力学方法,将影响企业创新绩效的众多因素进行总结分类.利用Vensim软件绘制因果反馈图,形成连接关键变量与其他变量的反馈回路,同时绘制系统流图并对其进行有效性检验.最后模拟分析不同比例的技术引进经费支出和自主研发经费支出对企业创新绩效的作用效果.研究结果表明:自主研发与技术引进经费的增加均能促进企业创新绩效的提升;增加相同比例的经费支出,自主研发更能有效促进企业创新绩效.
[Abstract]:With the transformation and upgrading of domestic industries, enterprise innovation performance has been paid more and more attention. This paper summarizes the research conclusions about the impact of technology introduction and independent R & D on the innovation performance of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. On the basis of the existing research and system dynamics method, it summarizes and classifies many factors that affect the innovation performance of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. The Vensim software is used to draw the causal feedback diagram to form the feedback loop connecting the key variables with other variables. At the same time, the system flow diagram is drawn and its validity is tested. Finally, the effects of different proportions of technology introduction expenditure and independent R & D expenditure on enterprise innovation performance are simulated and analyzed. The results show that both the increase of independent R & D and the increase of technology introduction funds can promote the innovation performance of enterprises, and increase the expenditure of the same proportion, independent R & D can effectively promote the innovation performance of enterprises.
