包容型人才开发模式对组织创新绩效的影响研究

【摘要】:为深化组织内部人才管理体制机制改革,实现创新驱动发展,提高组织的创新绩效,本文将中国传统的包容理念与人才开发模式相结合,提出包容型人才开发模式的概念,研究包容型人才开发模式对组织创新绩效的影响机制。实证研究表明:(1)重视公平和共赢,理性包容员工的创新思想与失败,员工优势的发挥,注重员工培养,多元化人才队伍建设等五个维度构成了包容型人才开发的具体内容;(2)包容型人才开发模式与组织创新绩效有显著相关,其中重视公平和共赢、多元化人才队伍建设对组织创新绩效具有显著影响。基于实证研究的结果,就如何构建包容型人才开发模式,提升组织创新绩效提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In order to deepen the reform of the internal talent management system, realize the innovation-driven development and improve the innovative performance of the organization, this paper combines the traditional Chinese concept of inclusion with the model of talent development, and puts forward the concept of the model of inclusive talent development. This paper studies the influence mechanism of inclusive talent development model on organizational innovation performance. Empirical research shows that: (1) pay attention to fairness and win-win, rational inclusive of employees' innovative ideas and failures, employees' advantages, pay attention to staff training, The construction of diversified talent ranks and other five dimensions constitute the specific content of inclusive talent development; (2) there is a significant correlation between the development model of inclusive talents and organizational innovation performance, in which fairness and win-win are emphasized, and the construction of diversified talent ranks has a significant impact on organizational innovation performance. Based on the results of empirical research, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to build an inclusive talent development model and improve organizational innovation performance.
