中层人员薪酬福利体系设计

【摘要】:正针对中层人员的津贴福利要做到有别于普通员工,从以往的普惠制度变更为与中层人员绩效关联的个性福利制度。中层人员作为企业的核心成员和骨干力量,从某种程度上说,直接决定了企业未来的发展方向和市场前景。设计一套中层人员的薪酬福利体系,企业需要从三个方面考量:一是中层人员的岗位职务价值;二是个体中层人员能力差异形成的工作价值差异;三是中层人员的具体工作绩效与企业经济社会效益的
[Abstract]:The allowance and benefits for middle level personnel should be different from ordinary employees, from the former inclusive system to the personality welfare system, which is related to the performance of middle level personnel. As the core member and backbone of the enterprise, middle level personnel directly determine the future development direction and market prospect of the enterprise to some extent.
