基于SSH框架的新闻采编系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:在互联网飞速发展的时代,新闻采编系统为新闻传媒行业业务发展提供了技术基础,它对于提升报社的工作效率、加强资源管理、促进媒体本身发展有着十分重要的作用。然而,本人实习所在公司现有采编系统功能相对比较简单,缺少成品稿件共享库以及权限划分不清晰的现状,不仅导致日常工作效率低下,也无法保证系统资源的安全。因此,为了解决这些问题,本人及实习公司所在团队设计了一套更加高效的新闻采编系统。可以实现新闻在线协同办公,稿件资源共享,集新闻业务与办公辅助于一体,为公司采编业务的发展提供了一个整体解决方案。本文以实习所在公司的实际情况为出发点,通过对公司现有新闻采编系统与系统用户所涉及的各项工作进行充分调研,梳理了新闻采编相关的整个业务流程。针对现有系统存在的主要问题,以JavaEE为开发平台,采用B/S(Browser/Server)结构的三层架构,运用Spring+Struts2+Hibernate开发框架,设计开发了升级版的新闻采编系统。笔者全程参与了该项目的需求分析、架构设计、数据库设计,并在详细设计与实现阶段参与了新闻管理、图片管理、系统管理模块的实现。在系统模块设计上,采用分层结构,将模块纵向分割为控制层、服务层、数据控制层、数据层,进一步优化系统结构,提高了系统的高效性和可维护性。在验证系统的可用性方面,根据系统实际情况设计了测试用例,对系统进行了功能测试和非功能测试,证明了系统方案的可行性,并达到了需求中对系统提出的采编流程优化、图片管理、绩效管理等功能性要求和易用性、可靠性、安全性等非功能性要求。通过此系统,完成了新闻在线采编流程,并实现了新闻办公一体化。目前,本系统在公司内部已成功投入使用,并在公司新闻采编业务中发挥了积极的作用,收到了较好的效果。
[Abstract]:In the era of the rapid development of Internet, news acquisition and editing system provides a technical basis for the business development of news media industry. It plays a very important role in promoting the efficiency of newspaper offices, strengthening the management of resources and promoting the development of the media itself. However, the function of the existing acquisition and cataloging system in the company where I practice is relatively simple, the lack of the shared library of finished articles and the unclear division of authority lead not only to the low efficiency of daily work, but also to the security of the system resources. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, I and the internship company team designed a more efficient news acquisition and editing system. It can realize news online cooperative office, share manuscript resources, integrate news business and office assistant, and provide a whole solution for the development of purchasing and cataloguing business of the company. Based on the actual situation of the company where the practice is located, this paper makes a full investigation of the existing news acquisition and editing system and the work involved by the users of the system, and combs the whole business process of news acquisition and editing. Aiming at the main problems existing in the existing system, an updated news acquisition and editing system is designed and developed based on JavaEE, three-tier structure of Bus (Browser/Server) structure and Spring Struts2 Hibernate development framework. The author participated in the requirement analysis, architecture design and database design of the project, and participated in the implementation of news management, picture management and system management modules in the stage of detailed design and implementation. In the design of the system module, the module is divided vertically into control layer, service layer, data control layer and data layer, which further optimizes the system structure and improves the efficiency and maintainability of the system. In the aspect of verifying the usability of the system, the test cases are designed according to the actual situation of the system, the functional test and the non-functional test are carried out, the feasibility of the system scheme is proved, and the optimization of the acquisition and cataloguing process is achieved in the requirement of the system. Picture management, performance management and other functional requirements and ease of use, reliability, security and other non-functional requirements. Through this system, the online news acquisition and editing process is completed, and the integration of news office is realized. At present, the system has been successfully put into use within the company, and has played a positive role in the news acquisition and editing business of the company, and has received good results.
