基于BIM5D的工程项目成本管理绩效考核研究

【摘要】:对建筑企业而言,工程项目是经营的载体,有效的工程项目成本管理是其生存、发展、竞争的关键。信息技术飞速发展的时代,为信息量庞大的建筑工程项目管理指明了方向,建筑企业只有顺应时代发展趋势,掌握先进的信息技术手段,才能在这个竞争激烈的环境中立于不败之地。而建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)的出现为广大建筑企业带来了新的契机。BIM作为一种引领建筑行业信息化走向更高层次的新技术,在工程项目成本管理方面具有巨大潜力。因此,基于BIM技术优势,结合工程项目成本管理需求,对工程项目成本管理进行深入研究具有十分重要的意义。本文从施工企业的角度,分析了当前建筑行业工程项目成本管理的重要性。首先,通过对工程项目成本管理绩效考核理论及其研究现状的分析,发现当前成本管理绩效考核方法大多繁琐、复杂、精确度低,且集中在事后评价,而挣值法在这一领域具有一定的优势,但其应用却存在局限性,需要引入更加先进技术手段进行完善。并通过对国内外BIM技术发展研究,发现我国BIM发展与发达国家存在一定差距,应向BIM nD进一步发展。其次,引入BIM5D平台改善挣值法应用缺陷,对工程项目进行实时监控,提供精确成本数据,以挣值法评价指标费用偏差指标(CV)、进度偏差指标(SV)、费用执行指标(CPI)及进度执行指标(SPI)作为成本管理绩效考核指标,对工程项目中标价、预算成本及实际成本进行对比分析,建立了工程项目成本管理绩效考核体系。最后,以某项目为例,说明BIM5D技术在其成本管理中的应用,并通过挣值法对其成本管理过程进行绩效考核,进行成本动态管理,有效节约了工程项目成本,提高了成本管理水平。本文基于BIM5D平台,应用BIM5D技术和挣值法对工程项目成本管理过程进行绩效考核,融合了先进的信息技术与经典的成本管理理论,不仅丰富了这一研究领域,也对施工企业提高成本管理水平具有一定的实践意义。
[Abstract]:For construction enterprises, engineering projects are the carrier of management, and effective project cost management is the key to their survival, development and competition. The era of rapid development of information technology has pointed out the direction for the management of construction engineering projects with huge amount of information. Only by complying with the development trend of the times and mastering advanced information technology means can construction enterprises remain invincible in this competitive environment. The emergence of building information model (Building Information Modeling,BIM) has brought new opportunities for the majority of construction enterprises. Bim, as a new technology to lead the construction industry to a higher level, has great potential in engineering project cost management. Therefore, based on the advantages of BIM technology, combined with the requirements of project cost management, it is of great significance to study the project cost management in depth. From the point of view of construction enterprises, this paper analyzes the importance of project cost management in construction industry. First of all, through the analysis of the theory of project cost management performance appraisal and its research status, it is found that most of the current cost management performance evaluation methods are tedious, complex, low accuracy, and concentrated on ex post facto evaluation, and earned value method has certain advantages in this field, but its application has limitations, so it is necessary to introduce more advanced technical means to improve it. Through the research on the development of BIM technology at home and abroad, it is found that there is a certain gap between the development of BIM in China and the developed countries, and it should be further developed to BIM nD. Secondly, the BIM5D platform is introduced to improve the earned value method, the real-time monitoring of the project is carried out, and the accurate cost data is provided. The cost implementation index (CPI) and the schedule implementation index (SPI) are taken as the cost management performance evaluation index, and the bid price, budget cost and actual cost in the project are compared and analyzed. The performance appraisal system of project cost management is established. Finally, taking a project as an example, this paper explains the application of BIM5D technology in its cost management, and carries on the performance appraisal to its cost management process through the earned value method, carries on the cost dynamic management, has effectively saved the project cost, has improved the cost management level. Based on BIM5D platform, this paper applies BIM5D technology and earned value method to evaluate the performance of engineering project cost management process, which combines advanced information technology with classical cost management theory, which not only enriches this research field, but also has certain practical significance for construction enterprises to improve the level of cost management.
