【摘要】：正2016年是"十三五"的开局之年,国家自然科学基金委员会(以下简称"基金委")数理科学部深入学习、贯彻和落实《国家自然科学基金"十三五"发展规划》,在"坚持定位、激励原创、统筹支持、升级发展"的总体思路指导下,制定并不断完善数理科学部的学科发展战略,努力实现评审制度公正、绩效回报丰
