国家级艾滋病防治机构绩效考核初探

【摘要】:正根据人社部《关于公共卫生与基层医疗卫生事业单位实施绩效工资的指导意见》和国务院及有关部委关于事业单位收入分配制度改革的系列文件要求,为完善工作人员收入分配制度,探索建立符合工作实际、体现保障和激励双向作用的绩效考核制度,国家级性病艾滋病预防控制中心在上级单位的统一领导
[Abstract]:In accordance with the guidance of the Ministry of Human and Social Affairs on the implementation of performance wages in Public Health and Primary Medical and Health institutions and the requirements of the series of documents of the State Council and relevant ministries and commissions on the reform of the income distribution system of public institutions, in order to perfect the income distribution system of staff, and to explore the establishment of a performance appraisal system that conforms to the actual work and reflects the two-way role of security and encouragement, Unified leadership of the National STD and AIDS Prevention and Control Center at a higher level
