基于标化工作量的家庭医生岗位绩效考核初探

【摘要】:目的探索基于标化工作量的家庭医生岗位绩效考核方法,调动家庭医生的工作积极性,发挥社区卫生服务的工作效率和社会效益。方法通过理解社区卫生服务中心家庭医生工作模式、标化工作量、绩效考核的概念,在核定标化工作量档次奖的基础上,对家庭医生岗位进行质量考核,掌握每名家庭医生的服务数量和质量,并以此给予绩效奖励。结果 2016年浦东新区大团社区卫生服务中心全面开展了基于标化工作量的家庭医生岗位绩效考核探索,其方法可行、有效,家庭医生标化工作量增加并更全面,提高了服务质量和效率。结论探索基于标化工作量的家庭医生岗位绩效考核,符合社区卫生改革的要求,为实现社区卫生(标化工作量×标化工作量单价)×质量系数的绩效工资激励分配和考核方案做了有益的初步尝试。
