绿色动机对企业绩效的影响机制研究

在过去的一段时间里,科学技术的创新在不断增长。进入21世纪以后,确保可持续发展的呼声很高,因此,企业发展的时候,不仅要以个人利益为导向,而且还要更多的照顾到自然环境和整个社会。然而,公司为实现这一目标所应涉及的概念和动机的研究不足,因此它们被误解了。当前的研究的主要目的是评估企业相关的绿色动机对企业绩效的影响。数据通过调查问卷进行收集,卷中包含的问题有助于探索绿色动机通过突破性创新行为的中介变量对企业绩效的积极影响。该分析将绿色动机分为三个主要类别,包括工具性的动机、关系性的动机和道德动机。结果被分析并以表格的形式呈现出来。为了收集和描述从164个公司获得的目标数据,相关和回归分析法被使用。本研究研究的对象是中国和其他国际企业。研究的目标是探索企业绿色动机对企业绩效的影响。通过研究,本论文旨在实现以下目标:(1)研究公司的绿色动机对上企业绩效的影响,同时还研究了绿色动机与突破性创新行为的关系和突破性创新行为与企业绩效之间的关系。(2)研究技术管理能力对GM和RIB的调节作用,以及创业导向对RIB和FP的调节作用。(3)比较收集的调查结果并证明或否认既定假设。(4)绿色动机向公司做出结论...
