职业压力对角色和角色外绩效的影响:职业安全感在公共安全公务员中的中介作用

  本研究的目的是探究巴基斯坦阿扎德查谟和克什米尔(AJ&K)地区公共安全人员(即警察雇员)职业压力对工作绩效的影响,其中工作绩效分为角色内绩效和角色外绩效。此外,文章从理论上说明和检验职业满意度这种潜在的心理机制在职业压力和工作绩效中的角色。本文的创新之处在于通过职业满意度机制研究职业压力对警察雇员工作绩效的影响。本文的探索性研究在查谟和克什米尔的三个城市进行。通过问卷调查收集第一手数据,问卷包括28项封闭性问题,问卷测量采用先前研究中已经建立的成熟量表。运用SPSS进行了描述性统计、相关分析和回归分析。研究结果表明,查谟和克什米尔警察的职业压力与职业满意度、角色内绩效和角色外绩效呈负相关。这项研究促使研究人员关注查谟和克什米尔地区警察的职业压力。促使查谟和克什米尔警察高层管理人员思考警察工作压力的问题以提高工作绩效,包括角色内绩效和角色外绩效。同时,对于其他面临类似问题国家的警察,这些研究结果也很重要。
