零担物流管理系统的设计与开发

【摘要】:现代信息技术和供应链管理技术给现代物流业带来全新的业务和组织模式,,随着生产要素、商品、服务、信息的跨地域流动规模和形式的不断增加,如何在物流管理中融入无边界信息流管理,实现物流、信息流、资金流的集成和控制,是现代物流企业迫切需要解决的问题。 零担货运是物流业的重要业务形式,然而,第三方零担物流多以中小型企业形态存在,以提供局部的、分段的物流服务和零担专线为主,难以将分属不同所有者的物流资源统一管理和实现大批量、多批次和跨地区的综合物流服务。 本文以第三方零担物流管理的信息化平台建设为背景,结合河南现代正合物流有限公司零担物流管理系统开发,分析了零担物流业务管理中存在的问题,提出了由业务、货物和财务三大主线构成的零担物流业务流程再造,从需求分析、总体设计、模块设计以及系统测试四个方面,全面阐述了零担物流管理系统的设计与开发方案,主要内容包括: (1)零担物流管理系统的需求分析。在分析第三方零担物流管理的特点及相关技术的基础上,从系统的功能需求和非功能性需求两方面,讨论了零担物流管理系统的基本结构,提出了零担物流管理系统的功能总体框架。 (2)零担物流管理系统的总体设计方案。在需求分析的基础上,结合零担物流管理的整体工作流程,从开发环境、分层设计、框架设计、工作流程、命名规则与分解以及接口多个角度,详细论述了零担物流管理的总体设计思路,提出了基于J2EE三层架构的零担物流管理系统设计方案。 (3)零担物流管理系统的开发与实现。重点围绕系统管理、车辆管理、客户关系管理和手机查询客户端四个方面,开发了面向第三方零担物流的管理信息系统,并对主要模块进行了测试。 实际运行表明,零担物流管理系统的应用,可有效解决供应链上的信息集成共享,实现物流管理与作业的信息化,规范业务流程操作,提高零担物流的业务效率和准确性。
[Abstract]:Modern information technology and supply chain management technology bring new business and organization mode to modern logistics industry. With the increasing scale and form of cross-regional flow of factors of production, goods, services and information, How to integrate the borderless information flow management and realize the integration and control of logistics, information flow and capital flow in logistics management is an urgent problem to be solved by modern logistics enterprises. Part-load freight is an important business form in the logistics industry. However, third party part-load logistics exists mostly in the form of small and medium-sized enterprises, mainly to provide partial, piecewise logistics services and part-load dedicated lines. It is difficult to unify the management of logistics resources belonging to different owners and to realize the integrated logistics services in large quantities, many batches and across regions. Based on the information platform construction of the third party part logistics management and the development of the part load logistics management system of Henan Modern Zhenghe Logistics Co., Ltd., this paper analyzes the problems existing in the part load logistics business management, and puts forward the problem of the part load logistics business management. From four aspects of demand analysis, overall design, module design and system test, the design and development scheme of the part load logistics management system is expounded comprehensively, which is composed of three main lines of goods and finance, including demand analysis, overall design, module design and system testing. The main elements include:. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and related technologies of the third party part load logistics management, this paper discusses the basic structure of the part load logistics management system from the two aspects of the functional requirements and the non-functional requirements of the system. The functional framework of the part-load logistics management system is put forward. On the basis of demand analysis, combined with the overall workflow of the logistics management of part load, from the development environment, layering design, framework design, workflow, From the point of view of naming rules, decomposition and interface, this paper discusses in detail the overall design idea of part load logistics management, and puts forward a design scheme of part load logistics management system based on J2EE three-tier structure. 3) the development and implementation of the part load logistics management system. Focusing on four aspects: system management, vehicle management, customer relationship management and mobile phone inquiry client, a management information system for third party part load logistics is developed. The main modules are tested. The actual operation shows that the application of the part load logistics management system can effectively solve the information integration and share in the supply chain, realize the informationization of logistics management and operation, standardize the operation of business process, and improve the business efficiency and accuracy of the part load logistics.
