【摘要】:本文研究的主要目的是对消费者进行跟踪,通过数据挖掘技术挖掘会员的消费数据,为了保留消费者的消费信息,本文构建了会员管理系统来对会员管理分析,同时系统中增加了会员积分,消费者所得积分不但可以抵现,还可以实现不同加盟店之间互换消费。 本文基于会员的管理引入RFM的分析方法,对经营策略进行制定和改善。提出了基于会员平均消费金额、消费频率和会员保持时间三个指标的分类模型,通过提取消费者消费行为数据通过利用SPSS软件和K-means聚类分析法对实例会员细分,在此基础上探索新的营销策略,提高了营销策略的针对性和准确性,可以更好的改善客户关系。 为了保留会员消费信息,本文构建积分管理系统平台体系对会员进行管理,适用各种连锁加盟店会员管理模式。系统采用B/S模式,Web应用服务器提供对不同加盟店利用积分平台在线数据管理的支持以及通过Web方式进行的加盟店积分交易的转发处理。积分平台的Web应用采用JSP+Java+Apache等技术整合开发完成。 它的主要特点:支持跨平台、加盟店积分互换、与信用卡绑定、统一核算与消费等。本系统不但可以适用于加盟店内部还适用于加盟店之间积分交换使用,本系统通过积分卡与信用卡绑定,同时积分消费可以在不同店之间消费可以使人们从一人拥有多张会员卡的烦恼中解脱中出来。 积分精算是系统中的重点跟难点,通过跨平台技术,,利用加盟店指定月累积赋予积分、累积收回积分得出赋予与收回之差,根据积分兑换比率然后算出该店需要上交或者给予的金额。系统通过积分精算,实现了不同加盟店间积分和资金进行统一结算,也为管理加盟店收支平衡提供了便捷的途径。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of this paper is to track the consumers and mine the consumption data of the members through the data mining technology. In order to keep the consumer consumption information, this paper constructs a member management system to analyze the member management. At the same time, the system increases member points, consumer income points can not only offset, but also realize the exchange of consumption between different franchisees. This paper introduces the RFM analysis method based on the member management, formulates and improves the management strategy, and puts forward the classification model based on the average consumption amount, the consumption frequency and the member retention time. Integral actuarial is the key and difficult point in the system. Through cross-platform technology, the accumulated integral is assigned to the franchisee by the month, and the difference between the assignment and the recovery is obtained by the cumulative recovery of the integral. According to the convertibility ratio of points and then calculate the amount that the store needs to hand in or give. The system realizes the unified settlement of points and funds among different franchisees by means of integral actuarial, and also provides a convenient way to manage the balance of income and expenditure of franchisees.
