东营银行电子银行业务竞争策略研究

【摘要】:电子银行是银行业务经营的重要组成部分,对树立商业银行企业形象,提高商业银行核心竞争力发挥着越来越重要的作用。电子银行业务是银行业的重要革命,是银行柜台业务的延伸和补充,是IT技术在商业银行业务发展的体现,是商业银行新的利润增长点,当今社会各家商业银行的必争之地。电子银行竞争策略是商业银行竞争战略的重要环节。在电子信息浪潮下,电子银行已经成为商业银行维护客户关系,开拓新的客户市场,提高市场占有率,实现产品和服务创新的新战场。电子银行产品和服务逐渐成熟,既能整合银行客户资源,降低银行的运营成本,又能扩大规模经济优势,提升银行盈利水平。 本文以我国电子银行业务发展战略为主线,分析我国大力发展电子银行业务的现实意义和条件环境,,研究我国电子银行业务的发展现状及存在问题,并通过对国外电子银行业务发展现状的比较分析,得出国外商业银行电子银行业务发展的成功经验,以此作为我国电子银行业务发展的启示。同时,本文通过研究东营银行电子银行业务发展,阐述了东营银行电子银行业务发展的历程、现状和管理框架。进而运用SWOT分析法、比较法、统计法等分析方法对其电子银行业务竞争力进行了较为全面的分析。通过整理资料和统计数据对其发展中所面临的竞争优势、竞争劣势、市场机会和外部威胁进行了系统的阐述,并结合所作分析提出了相应的应对策略。
[Abstract]:Electronic banking is an important part of banking business and plays a more and more important role in establishing the corporate image of commercial banks and improving the core competitiveness of commercial banks. Electronic banking is an important revolution in banking. It is the extension and supplement of bank counter business, the embodiment of IT technology in the development of commercial bank business, and the new profit growth point of commercial bank. The competition strategy of electronic bank is an important link in the competition strategy of commercial bank. Under the tide of electronic information, electronic bank has become a commercial bank to maintain customer relations, open up a new customer market. Electronic banking products and services have matured gradually, which can not only integrate bank customer resources, reduce bank operating costs, but also expand the advantage of scale economy and improve bank profitability. Taking the development strategy of electronic banking in China as the main line, this paper analyzes the realistic significance and the condition environment of the development of electronic banking in China, and studies the present situation and existing problems of the development of electronic banking in China. Through the comparative analysis of the current situation of the development of foreign electronic banking business, the successful experience of the foreign commercial bank electronic banking business development is obtained, which is taken as the inspiration of the development of our country's electronic banking business. At the same time, By studying the development of electronic banking business in Dongying Bank, this paper expounds the course, present situation and management framework of electronic banking business in Dongying Bank, and then applies SWOT analysis method and comparative method. This paper analyzes the competitiveness of electronic banking by statistical method and other analytical methods. Through sorting out the data and statistics, the paper analyzes the competitive advantages and disadvantages faced by the electronic banking industry in the course of its development. Market opportunities and external threats are systematically expounded, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward in combination with the analysis.
