【摘要】:随着科技的不断发展,互联网已经成为人们日常生活、工作和学习中不可或缺的一部分。面对海量的各种互联网信息,我们往往很难精准定位自己所需要的内容。手机访问互联网已经逐渐与人们的日常生活紧密连接在一起,为了更好的服务于手机客户,手机冲浪应运而生,以最便捷的低门槛方式为客户提供完善的互联网适配访问体验,手机冲浪可以分拣海量的互联网信息,,帮助客户快速精准定位所需的内容。 手机冲浪是通过短信、彩信、WAP等形式,为您提供手机网址导航、资讯聚合、个性订阅、网页加速等服务的业务,其中的子产品冲浪助手每天通过彩信或者短信方式将互联网信息发送给订购客户,客户点击便可阅读详细内容。订购客户也可以进行个性化订阅设置,添加感兴趣的互联网信息。本课题正是通过研究冲浪助手,根据平台反馈的信息数据,挖掘分析用户的行为习惯,对客户进行不同维度的划分,针对不同客户下发信息,能很好的提高提升点击率。 本文主要介绍了数据挖掘的理论基础知识、关联模型、分类模型和客户关系模型,通过与对手机冲浪业务相结合,进行数据采集、并对数据进行清洗的方式,利用分类和关联进行计算和挖掘,而进行内容偏好分析、标签关联分析,从而形成客户-内容-业务三维矩阵的构建,从而建立最终的四个模型。通过本文验证,手机冲浪利用分类和关联是一种行之有效的方法,可见本文能够有效地预测和关联用户,具有实际的应用价值。

Mobile phone access to the Internet has become more and more closely connected to people's daily lives. In order to better serve mobile phone customers, mobile phone surfing has emerged. With the most convenient low-threshold way to provide customers with a perfect Internet adaptation access experience, mobile phone surfing can sort out a huge amount of Internet information, to help customers quickly and accurately locate the content needed. Mobile phone surfing is through SMS, MMS WAP and other forms to provide you with mobile site navigation, information aggregation, personality subscription, web page acceleration and other services. One of the sub-product surfing assistants sends Internet information to the ordering customer through MMS or SMS every day, and the customer can read the details by clicking. The ordering customer can also make personalized subscription settings. Add interesting Internet information. This topic is through the study of surfing assistants, according to the platform feedback information data, mining and analysis of user behavior habits, customers are divided into different dimensions, for different customers to send information, Can improve the click rate very well. This paper mainly introduces the basic theory of data mining, association model, classification model and customer relationship model, through the combination of mobile phone surfing business, data collection, and data cleaning way, Classification and association are used to compute and mine, and content preference analysis and label association analysis are carried out to form the three dimensional matrix of customer-content-business, and the final four models are established. The classification and association of mobile phone surfing is an effective method. It can be seen that this paper can effectively predict and associate users and has practical application value.
