【摘要】:在知识经济和市场环境的大背景下,企业的采购、生产和销售环境都发生了深刻的变化。随着人力和资源成本的上涨,企业的销售利润的空间将被进一步降低。依靠有效的运营手段和优化的管理手段来提高核心竞争力,是保持企业的可持续性健康发展的关键。 首先,对协同管理系统与办公自动化系统的国内外现状和发展趋势进行分析。随着最近几年办公自动化软件与协同管理系统的结合,,各个模块不再是分离的个体,而是通过协同引擎有机的结合在一起,并与其他管理平台和门户网站结合,企业在办公软件中不再是仅仅是工作的流转,而且更加注重知识(业务与信息)的共享和传播。然后,对索特盐化协同管理系统的业务进行整体描述和主要模块的分析。在设计中把协同引擎和协同工作区作为重点分析对象。并讨论知识文档管理、人力资源管理、项目信息管理和客户关系管理等模块是怎样依靠协同管理系统与其他模块协同工作。接下来,对协同管理系统的理论基础和技术架构进行分析。本系统以管理协同理论为理论基础,并遵照网状协同模型和齿轮协同模型进行设计。系统开发主要采用Java EE技术平台,并且结合各种优秀的开发工具和成熟平台技术。在软件开发过程中使用Scrum开发过程框架的基本思想,强调人在项目中的作用,快速迭代减小项目风险。再接下来,从技术可行性、经济可行性和可操作性等方面对索特协同管理系统平台进行了可行性分析;从性能需求、安全性需求、功能需求和业务需求等方面对系统进行了全面的需求分析;并根据分析结果以及用户需求制定系统实现目标。 本文重点描述在遵循软件工程理论和设计方法的指导下,制定系统的设计原则和架构设计;并通过数据模型、程序编码规范、界面设计和系统维护设计等多个方面对系统的设计进行了详细描述;并对数据模型和用户界面等方面进行具体的实现描述,并辅以关键的具体代码加以说明。 最后,描述了协同管理系统的部署方式,并在遵循软件测试过程和方法的基础上,设计和实现协同管理系统的测试流程,并获得最终的测试结果;并在结论和展望中,对系统的不足和亟待解决之处进行了说明。
[Abstract]:Under the background of knowledge economy and market environment, the environment of purchasing, production and sales of enterprises has undergone profound changes.As the cost of manpower and resources rises, the profit margin for sales will be further reduced.It is the key to maintain the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises to rely on effective operation means and optimized management means to improve the core competitiveness.Firstly, the present situation and development trend of cooperative management system and office automation system at home and abroad are analyzed.With the integration of office automation software and collaborative management system in recent years, each module is no longer a separate individual, but an organic combination of collaborative engines and other management platforms and portals.Enterprises in office software is no longer just the flow of work, but also pay more attention to the sharing and dissemination of knowledge (business and information).Then, the overall description and analysis of the main modules of the Sutter salinization cooperative management system are carried out.In the design, the collaborative engine and the collaborative workspace are regarded as the key analysis objects.It also discusses how the modules of knowledge document management, human resource management, project information management and customer relationship management work together with other modules.Then, the theoretical basis and technical framework of collaborative management system are analyzed.The system is based on the theory of management collaboration and is designed according to the mesh collaborative model and gear cooperative model.The system mainly adopts Java EE technology platform, and combines all kinds of excellent development tools and mature platform technology.In the process of software development, the basic idea of Scrum development process framework is used to emphasize the role of people in the project and to reduce the project risk quickly and iteratively.Then, from the aspects of technical feasibility, economic feasibility and maneuverability, the paper analyzes the feasibility of Soter collaborative management system platform, from the performance requirements, security requirements,The functional requirements and business requirements of the system are analyzed comprehensively, and the system goals are formulated according to the analysis results and user requirements.Under the guidance of software engineering theory and design method, this paper mainly describes the design principles and architecture design of the system, and through the data model, the program coding specification,The interface design and system maintenance design are described in detail, and the data model and user interface are described in detail, and the key codes are described.Finally, the deployment mode of collaborative management system is described. Based on the software testing process and method, the test process of collaborative management system is designed and implemented, and the final test results are obtained.The shortcomings of the system and the problems to be solved are explained.
