锦州银行小客户关系管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着社会经济和信息技术的快速发展,信息化的资源管理配置已经成为一种全面、动态、优化的资源配置方式,信息化建设越来越深入到我们生活的方方面面。特别是在推进小客户(小企业、小门店、小摊床),即三小客户,关系信息化的时期,三小客户关系管理的信息化建设需要找到一些新的突破口。我们应该为三小客户关系管理的信息化建设提供更多的资源和技术支持服务。三小客户关系管理的信息化建设也成为了社会经济发展和我国金融开放的基本要求。通过提高三小客户关系管理的智能水平,可以大大提高银行客户关系的管理水平,有利于我国金融开放发展的顺利进行。三小客户关系管理是一项非常重要的工作。本文从三小客户关系管理的特点开始研究,分析了开发锦州三小客户关系管理的必要性与可行性。在此基础上,本文总结了三小客户关系管理所必须的:工作平台、客户管理、产品库、知识库、贷款管理、业务报表、系统管理等7个重要的用户需求。并在明确了用户需求之后,进行了详细的系统设计与系统实现。本三小客户关系管理系统可以帮助三小客户关系管理人员有效的对三小客户关系数据进行系统的管理,并规范了客户关系管理的流程,还能生成三小业务的客户分析,渠道分析的报表,并提供了完善的关系查询和客户审批管理。还提供了信贷产品查询和信贷相关知识库。三小客户关系管理系统使用面向对象的设计方法进行设计与开发。采用了web 2.0技术中的B/S架构,数据库使用了流行的数据库SQL Server 2012,开发语言选择了Java语言,使用了开发Java EE网络应用程序的开源Web应用框架struts2。经过了严格的软件测试,有良好的稳定性与实用性,很好的满足了银行对三小客户关系管理系统的需要。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and information technology, the management and allocation of information resources has become a comprehensive, dynamic and optimized way of resource allocation. Especially in the period of promoting small customer (small enterprise, small store, small stall bed), that is, three small customers, the information construction of three small customer relationship management needs to find some new breakthrough. We should provide more resources and technical support services for the information construction of the three small customer relationship management. The information construction of the three small customer relationship management has also become the basic requirement of the social economic development and our country's financial opening. By improving the intelligence level of the three small customer relationship management, the bank customer relationship management level can be greatly improved, which is conducive to the smooth development of financial opening in China. Three small customer relationship management is a very important work. In this paper, the characteristics of three small customer relationship management are studied, and the necessity and feasibility of developing three small customer relationship management in Jinzhou are analyzed. On the basis of this, this paper summarizes seven important user needs for customer relationship management: work platform, customer management, product base, knowledge base, loan management, business report, system management, etc. After defining the user's requirements, the system is designed and implemented in detail. The three small customer relationship management systems can help the three small customer relationship managers to effectively manage the three small customer relationship data, standardize the process of customer relationship management, and generate customer analysis of the three small businesses. Channel analysis of the report, and provide a sound relationship query and customer approval management. Also provides the credit product inquiry and the credit related knowledge base. Three small customer relationship management systems are designed and developed using object-oriented design methods. This paper adopts the B / S architecture of web 2.0 technology, the database uses the popular database SQL Server 2012, the development language chooses the Java language, and uses the open source Web application framework struts2, which is used to develop Java EE network application program. After strict software testing, it has good stability and practicability, and meets the needs of the bank for the three small customer relationship management system.
