物流服务供应链构建与绩效评价研究

【摘要】:随着我国社会经济的稳步发展,服务业在整个国民经济中所占比例日趋增加,服务经济正逐步发展成为国民经济的核心,和世界发达国家相比而言,我国正处于快速发展阶段,服务业已经成为三大产业最具有生命力的产业,以物流为代表的服务业成为投资的最大热点之一并在不断快速发展,对我国制造业和商贸流通业的发展也起着十分关键的作用,进行物流服务供应链的相关研究对我国经济的长足发展有重要作用。基于此,本文以物流服务供应链为研究对象,从政府和企业多视角考虑,以提高顾客满意度、减少物流运作成本为切入点,较为深入的研究了物流服务供应链管理研究的理论和方法,主要内容包括: ①物流服务供应链系统模型研究。在分析服务供应链的内涵发展基础上,进一步对物流服务供应链的含义进行了界定,指出了物流服务供应链与一般服务供应链的差异性;从社会分工与专业化发展、提升核心竞争力、降低双方交易成本等方面分析了物流服务供应链的形成与发展原因;重点对物流服务供应链系统的参与主体、系统功能、以及管理活动等要素进行了深入分析,构建了以物流服务集成商、功能型物流供应商、物流需求方、物流设备供应商以及非物流服务机构为参与主体,以服务需求、服务质量、服务订单、客户关系、服务绩效等为管理活动过程,将产品供应链、物流服务供应链与物流管理信息系统集成的物流服务供应链系统结构框架。 ②功能型物流供应商选择模型研究。在分析功能型物流供应商选择影响因素基础上,运用重构质量屋模型从客户需求的可靠性、响应性、保证性等方面对物流需求展开表进行分析,对物流的综合表现度进行计算并以此为依据,提出了利用双层规划模型构建供应商选择模型,上层规划以物流服务成本最小为目标,下层以选择的供应商的综合表现度最大为目标,综合研究了物流服务成本和质量两个效益背反的因素;集合AHP和QFD方法构建了物流供应商的综合评价模型,将评价指标体系与服务供应链的客户需求进行结合,较好的考虑了客户需求在评价过程中的重要性;针对建立的供应商评价模型,设计了分层迭代算法对其进行求解,并通过算例对模型和算法进行了有效性验证。 ③物流服务供应链合作能力协调机制研究。针对物流服务集成商与功能物流服务商组成的两阶段物流服务供应链,双方缺乏信任,对未来合同执行的预期不一致导致物流服务供应链运作绩效低下的问题,本文建立物流服务集成商与功能物流服务商Nash讨价还价模型,模型求解分析显示:双方对未来对方是否会执行预订合同预期是影响双方谈判结果的主要因素。若双方对未来交易预期相同,讨价还价的交易量能达到物流服务集成商认为的系统最优交易量;若物流服务集成商的预期小于功能物流服务商的预期,双方交易量超过了物流服务集成商认为的系统交易量;若物流服务集成商的预期大于功能物流服务商的预期,则双方交易量小于物流服务集成商认为的系统交易量。对此,建立物流服务集成商预付款协调机制,机制分析显示,该机制下,服务交割时的费用为0,所有的费用全部都表现为预付款,并且该机制下的交易量至少达到了物流服务集成商认为的系统交易量,且双方的期望利润都得到了提高。 ④物流集成商生产效率测度研究。考虑物流服务业的特点,生产效率测度指标存在两个或多个影响因子相关联,本文利用SPSS软件对测度指标进行验证性因子分析,并发现原有数据中客户满意度与物流效率而不是企业协同能力关联性更强,调整后的测度指标体系可信度更优;利用结构方程模型分析影响物流服务业生产效率的四个影响因子及其与各个测度指标的关联性,研究表明:服务控制能力和企业内部管理能力体现了企业内部协调能力的高低,对于企业管理层,企业协调能力关键是加强内部管理;面对全球物流业整合优化的挑战,信息技术成为物流服务业提高生产效率必备条件。 ⑤物流服务供应链绩效评价模型。基于顾客、企业自身和生态环境等视角,从顾客满意度、生态环境影响、协同发展水平、规范化管理和经营能力方面建立了由三十五个指标组成的物流服务供应链绩效评价指标体系;并运用模糊综合评价、数据包络分析和层次分析法相结合的集成方法建立评价模型,通过实际算例对该物流服务供应链绩效评价的指标体系和评价方法进行了有效性检验,根据评价结果的分析,对该企业提出了一些改进意见,对物流服务供应链的发展具有一定指导作用。
[Abstract]:With the steady development of our country's social economy, the proportion of service industry in the whole national economy is increasing day by day. The service economy is gradually developing into the core of the national economy. Compared with the developed countries in the world, our country is in the stage of rapid development. The service industry has become the most vital industry in the three major industries and is replaced by the logistics. The service industry of the table has become the biggest hot spot of investment and is developing rapidly. It plays a very important role in the development of our manufacturing and trade circulation industry. The research on the supply chain of logistics service plays an important role in the rapid development of our country's economy. In order to improve the customer satisfaction and reduce the cost of logistics operation, the theory and methods of logistics service supply chain management are studied. The main contents are as follows:
On the basis of the analysis of the connotation development of the service supply chain, the meaning of the logistics service supply chain is further defined, and the difference between the supply chain of the logistics service and the general service supply chain is pointed out. From the social division of labor and the professional development, the core competitiveness is promoted and the transaction cost of the two sides is reduced. The reasons for the formation and development of the logistics service supply chain are analyzed, and the key factors such as the main body, the system function and the management activities of the logistics service supply chain system are deeply analyzed, and the logistics service integrators, the functional logistics suppliers, the logistics demand parties, the logistics equipment suppliers and the non logistics services are constructed. The structure of the logistics service supply chain system is integrated into the supply chain of the product supply chain, the logistics service supply chain and the logistics management information system, which is the main part of the organization, which takes the service demand, service quality, service order, customer relationship and service performance as the management activities.
On the basis of analyzing the factors influencing the selection of functional logistics suppliers, based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the selection of functional logistics suppliers, the restructured house of quality model is used to analyze the logistics requirements from the reliability, responsiveness and guarantee of the customer needs, and the comprehensive performance of the logistics is calculated and based on this, the profit is put forward. The two-layer programming model is used to construct the supplier selection model. The upper level is aimed at the minimum logistics service cost, and the lower level is aimed at the maximum comprehensive performance of the selected suppliers. The two factors of logistics service cost and quality are studied comprehensively. The comprehensive evaluation model of logistics suppliers is constructed by the set of AHP and QFD methods. Combining the evaluation index system with the customer needs of the service supply chain, the importance of the customer needs in the evaluation process is considered, and a hierarchical iterative algorithm is designed for the supplier evaluation model. The validity of the model and algorithm is verified by an example.
Research on the coordination mechanism of logistics service supply chain cooperation capability. The two stage logistics service supply chain, which is composed of logistics service integrators and functional logistics service providers, lacks trust between the two sides, and the expectation of future contract execution disagrees leads to the low performance of logistics service supply chain operation. Nash bargaining model of the logistics service provider, the model solution analysis shows that the expectation of whether the two parties will carry out a reservation contract is the main factor affecting the outcome of the negotiations between the two parties. The expectation of the service integrator is less than the expectation of the functional logistics service provider, and the volume of transaction is more than the volume of system transactions considered by the logistics service integrator. If the expectation of the logistics service integrator is greater than the expectation of the functional logistics service provider, the volume of transaction is less than the volume of system transactions recognized by the logistics service integrator. The mechanism analysis shows that, under this mechanism, the cost of service delivery is 0, all the costs are prepaid, and the transaction volume under this mechanism reaches at least the volume of system transactions considered by the logistics service integrators, and the expected profits of both sides have been improved.
(4) research on the measurement of production efficiency of logistics integrators. Considering the characteristics of logistics service industry, the measurement index of production efficiency is associated with two or more factors. This paper uses SPSS software to carry out confirmatory factor analysis, and finds that the customer satisfaction and logistics efficiency in the original data are more than the association of enterprise synergy. Strong, adjusted measurement index system is more reliable, and the structure equation model is used to analyze the four influencing factors affecting the production efficiency of logistics service industry and the correlation with each measure index. The research shows that the ability of service control and the internal management ability of the enterprise reflect the internal coordination ability of the enterprise, and the management of enterprise management. The key of enterprise coordination ability is to strengthen internal management. Facing the challenge of integration and optimization of the global logistics industry, information technology has become a necessary condition for the logistics service industry to improve production efficiency.
The performance evaluation model of logistics service supply chain. Based on customer, enterprise itself and ecological environment, the performance evaluation index system of logistics service supply chain is set up from thirty-five indexes, including customer satisfaction, ecological environment influence, cooperative development level, standardized management and management ability; and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used. Price, the integration method of data envelopment analysis and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to establish an evaluation model. Through a practical example, the effectiveness of the index system and evaluation method of the logistics service supply chain performance evaluation is tested. According to the analysis of the evaluation results, some improvements are put forward to the enterprise, and the development of the logistics service supply chain is developed. It has a certain guiding role.
