中国银行绍兴分行个人金融业务的拓展策略研究

【摘要】:快速成长的中国经济和持续积累的国民财富,为我国银行业个人金融业务的持续快速发展提供了持久的动力。收入的增加和投资理念的转变,使得个人对银行的依赖从单一的储蓄存款需求阶段进入到集储蓄、投资、融资于一体的全方位个人金融需求阶段。在客户需求的推动下,个人金融业务的发展将成为商业银行利润增长的新空间。对中行绍兴分行来说,随着外资银行、股份制银行纷纷进驻,银行业竞争更加激烈,拓展个人金融业务市场,是该行新的利润来源和业务增长点。 本文以中行绍兴分行的个人金融业务为研究对象,采用系统分析法和比较分析法,重点着眼于绍兴分行个人金融业务规模现状和发展环境的分析。通过对经营现状的深入分析,指出中行绍兴分行个人金融业务发展中存在的优势和问题;通过发展环境的分析,指出中行绍兴分行个人金融业务发展所面临的机遇和威胁;最后,借鉴国内外优秀实践经验,总结出中行绍兴分行拓展个人金融业务的策略,即创新业务产品、加强客户营销、管理客户关系和控制业务风险,以期指导中行绍兴分行个人金融业务的拓展。图27幅,表6个,参考文献74篇。
[Abstract]:The rapid growth of China's economy and the continuous accumulation of national wealth have provided a lasting impetus for the sustained and rapid development of personal financial services in China's banking industry. With the increase of income and the change of investment idea, the individual's dependence on the bank has changed from the stage of single savings deposit demand to the omni-directional personal financial demand stage which integrates savings, investment and financing. Driven by customer demand, the development of personal financial business will become a new space for commercial banks to increase their profits. For Bank of China Shaoxing Branch, with foreign banks and joint-stock banks in succession, the banking industry is more competitive. Expanding the personal financial business market is the new profit source and business growth point of the bank. This paper takes the personal financial business of Shaoxing Branch of Bank of China as the research object, adopts the system analysis method and the comparative analysis method, focusing on the analysis of the scale and development environment of the individual financial business of Shaoxing Branch. Through the deep analysis of the present management situation, this paper points out the advantages and problems existing in the development of the personal financial business of Shaoxing Branch of Bank of China, points out the opportunities and threats faced by the development of the personal financial business of Shaoxing Branch of Bank of China through the analysis of the development environment. Finally, drawing lessons from domestic and foreign excellent practical experience, summed up the Bank of China Shaoxing branch to expand personal financial business strategy, that is, to innovate business products, strengthen customer marketing, management of customer relations and control of business risks, With a view to guiding Bank of China Shaoxing Branch personal financial business expansion.
