商业银行机构客户关系管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:出于对我国商业银行安全考虑,各项业务信息系统应进行升级,杜绝人为设置物理隔绝,将各类客户的业务数据有效结合,有效防止信息孤岛,有效整合各类信息资源。为了使商业银行在激烈的市场竞争中拥有一席之地,有效的对客户各类信息的采集、加工、整合及共享,使用数据分析系统对客户进行分类、定位、评价、排序并综合分析,为商业银行机构的管理者提供有效、正确、详细的决策依据,由此为客户提供实时的、高质量的金融服务。基于以上背景,本文提出了建设一个商业银行机构客户关系管理系统,为客户提供一个实时、高效、高质量的金融信息服务平台,整合、管理、分析客户的金融信息,从中找出有价值的客户,为商业银行机构分析出潜在的客户,并进行管理。商业银行机构客户关系管理系统的建成对银行客户经理的工作带来极大的方便。本项目本着客户为中心的设计思想,建设出适用的商业银行机构客户关系管理系统,该系统是基于JAVA MyEclipse 5.5.0平台,JAVA语言结合SQL SERVER 2005建设而成。本文首先简要介绍了数据库技术和数据仓库、CRM核心思想,然后分析了银行客户关系管理系统的功能模块,最后对该系统进行测试。银行客户关系管理系统功能模块主要包括客户信息管理、业务拓展管理、业务管理、合同管理、贷后管理和报表管理等。本系统主要是为了满足银行客户经理日常工作的需要,使繁杂的银行金融贷款业务的管理变得简单化。
[Abstract]:In view of the security of commercial banks in our country, all business information systems should be upgraded to put an end to the artificial physical isolation, to effectively combine the business data of all kinds of customers, to effectively prevent information isolation and to effectively integrate all kinds of information resources. In order to make commercial banks have a place in the fierce market competition, they can effectively collect, process, integrate and share all kinds of customer information, and use the data analysis system to classify, locate, evaluate, sort and analyze the customers comprehensively. Provide effective, correct and detailed decision-making basis for the managers of commercial banking institutions, thereby providing customers with real-time and high-quality financial services. Based on the above background, this paper proposes the construction of a customer relationship management system for commercial banks, which provides customers with a real-time, efficient and high-quality financial information service platform, integrates, manages and analyzes the financial information of customers. Identify valuable customers, analyze potential customers for commercial banking institutions, and manage them. The establishment of customer relationship management system in commercial banks brings great convenience to the work of bank account managers. Based on the idea of customer-centered design, this project builds a suitable customer relationship management system for commercial banks. The system is based on JAVA MyEclipse 5.5.0 platform and Java language combined with SQL SERVER 2005. This paper first introduces the database technology and the core idea of data warehouse CRM, then analyzes the function module of the bank customer relationship management system, and finally tests the system. The function module of bank customer relationship management system mainly includes customer information management, business development management, business management, contract management, loan management and report management. The main purpose of this system is to meet the needs of bank account managers and simplify the management of complex bank financial loan business.
