电力营销管理信息系统的分析与设计

【摘要】:随着市场经济的发展,电力体制改革的深入,电力市场正日趋成熟。为了适应这种新的形式,供电企业必须以市场和客户服务为核心,建设适应电力市场发展的电力营销管理信息系统是供电企业提高电力营销现代管理水平适应市场发展的迫切需要。 本文以企业电力营销管理为背景,按照信息化营销财务管理的要求,对营销管理系统进行了研究分析,采用了SOA的应用软件构架和组件化技术设计开发,我们选择使用ORACLE作为本系统数据库。根据现有的营销管理系统的相关知识,首先分析了系统的业务流程,并得出系统的功能需求,电力营销管理系统包括电能信息采集与监控、客户缴费、客户服务、需求侧管理和客户关系管理由五个模块组成。根据得出的这五大模块,详细研究分析了各模块功能的实现,以及系统的架构设计、功能模块设计、数据库设计,最后进行了界面设计,完成一个功能完整、性能优越的电力营销管理系统。 电力营销管理信息系统的开发与应用将更进一步使电力客户的用电得到便利,供电企业电力营销管理水平进一步提高,进一步推动国家电网智能化和营销智能化的发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy and the deepening of electric power system reform, the electricity market is maturing day by day. In order to adapt to this new form, power supply enterprises must focus on the market and customer service. The construction of electric power marketing management information system adapted to the development of power market is the urgent need for power supply enterprises to improve the modern management level of power marketing and adapt to the development of the market. Based on the background of enterprise electric power marketing management and according to the requirements of information marketing financial management, this paper studies and analyzes the marketing management system, and adopts the application software framework of SOA and the design and development of component-based technology. We choose to use ORACLE as the database of the system. According to the relevant knowledge of the existing marketing management system, firstly, the business process of the system is analyzed, and the functional requirements of the system are obtained. The electric power marketing management system includes electric energy information collection and monitoring, customer payment, customer service, etc. Requirement side management and customer relationship management are composed of five modules. According to the obtained five modules, the realization of each module function is studied and analyzed in detail, as well as the system architecture design, function module design, database design. Finally, the interface is designed to complete a complete function. Superior performance of electricity marketing management system. The development and application of electric power marketing management information system will further facilitate the power consumption of power customers, further improve the power marketing management level of power supply enterprises, and further promote the development of intelligent and intelligent marketing of the State Grid.
