国家开发银行青岛市分行中间业务发展策略研究

【摘要】:近年来随着优质客户转向资本市场进行直接融资比例的增加,这对银行传统的贷款业务提出了挑战;另一方面现代企业面临着更多的改组、兼并、投资、租赁、上市等一系列问题,对银行的创新业务发展创造了条件。中间业务不但有助于提高国开行青岛分行的经营效益和竞争能力,而且对于密切客户关系,维护传统业务的发展有着积极的作用。同时,国开行青岛分行正在积极的进行商业化改革,如何实现政策性银行的可持续性发展、兼顾政策性银行功能的同时实现政策性银行资本结构的优化成为关注的重点。商业化改制的一项重要的目标是完善中间业务产品序列,更好的服务客户。在这种背景下,对国家开发银行青岛市分行中间业务发展策略的研究有重要的意义。 本文首先从中间业务的含义和特点入手,对中间业务的内涵和产品进行了全面的总结,并且通过对中外政策性银行中间业务发展现状进行分析,在借鉴国际经验及国内外相关研究成果基础上,提出了政策性银行开展中间业务的意义。政策性银行发展中间业务不但对财务效益有着积极的影响,而且有效的实现了自身的良性循环。然后,从国家开发银行青岛分行中间业务发展现状出发,得出了其在中间业务方面存在的问题及原因。紧接着对国开行青岛分行开展中间业务外部环境、内部环境进行了分析,并通过SWOT分析法分析国开行青岛分行面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,得出了其发展中间业务方面优势明显,有着非凡机遇的结论。结合对国开行青岛分行开展中间业务竞争力分析来制定其发展中间业务的目标。得出了适合国开行青岛分行发展的中间业务产品:供应链融资保理产品、国际投资咨询产品、资产证券化产品、跨境人民币业和保险代理业务等。确定了以差异化竞争策略为主的中间业务发展策略。最后从内部管理、产品研发、市场营销、售后管理四个方面得出了国开行青岛分行发展中间业务的策略。 本文的研究方法:一是采用静态分析与动态分析相结合的方法对国内商业银行与政策性银行的发展现状进行了分析与研究。二是在充分调研的基础上,结合大量详实的数据,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方式,从国开行青岛分行中间业务存在问题及成因着手,,客观分析国开行青岛分行发展中间业务的相关内外部因素。三是运用SWOT分析等方法,阐述国开行青岛分行中间业务所面临的机会和威胁、优势和劣势,提出发展中间业务的指导思想、发展目标和战略定位。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing proportion of high quality customers turning to the capital market for direct financing, this has posed a challenge to the traditional loan business of banks. On the other hand, modern enterprises are facing more restructuring, mergers, investments, leases, etc. A series of problems, such as listing, have created conditions for the development of banks' innovative business. Intermediary business not only helps to improve the operating efficiency and competitive ability of CDB Qingdao Branch, but also plays an active role in the development of close customer relationship and maintenance of traditional business. At the same time, Qingdao Branch of CDB is actively carrying out commercial reform. How to realize the sustainable development of policy banks and how to realize the optimization of capital structure of policy banks while taking into account the functions of policy banks have become the focus of attention. An important goal of commercial restructuring is to improve the intermediate business product sequence and better serve customers. Under this background, it is of great significance to study the development strategy of intermediate business in Qingdao Branch of China Development Bank. This paper begins with the meaning and characteristics of intermediate business, summarizes the connotation and products of intermediate business, and analyzes the present situation of intermediate business development of Chinese and foreign policy banks. On the basis of international experience and related research results, the significance of developing intermediate business of policy banks is put forward. The development of intermediate business of policy banks not only has a positive impact on financial benefits, but also effectively realizes its own virtuous circle. Then, from the current situation of the development of intermediate business in Qingdao Branch of China Development Bank, the problems and reasons in intermediate business are obtained. Then, the external environment and internal environment of CDB Qingdao branch are analyzed, and the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by CDB Qingdao Branch are analyzed by SWOT analysis. Reached its development intermediate business aspect superiority is obvious, has the special opportunity conclusion. Combined with the analysis of the competitiveness of CDB Qingdao Branch to establish the objectives of developing intermediary business. The intermediate business products suitable for the development of CDB Qingdao Branch are obtained: supply chain financing factoring products, international investment consulting products, asset securitization products, cross-border RMB industry and insurance agency business. The intermediate business development strategy based on differentiation competition strategy is determined. Finally, from four aspects of internal management, product research and development, marketing, after-sales management, the development strategy of CDB Qingdao Branch is obtained. The research methods of this paper are as follows: first, the development status of domestic commercial banks and policy banks is analyzed and studied by the combination of static analysis and dynamic analysis. Second, on the basis of full investigation, combining with a large number of detailed data, and adopting the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the problems and causes of the intermediate business of the Qingdao Branch of CDB are discussed. Objective analysis of CDB Qingdao Branch to develop intermediary business related internal and external factors. Third, using the method of SWOT analysis, this paper expounds the opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages faced by CDB Qingdao Branch, and puts forward the guiding ideology, development goal and strategic orientation of developing intermediate business.
