ABC银行S省分行私人银行客户关系管理研究

【摘要】:随着中国经济的快速发展与社会财富积累进程的加快,良好的社会经济环境为私人银行在中国大陆的发展奠定了基础,私人银行于21世纪初现身中国大陆,成为各大金融机构竞相争夺的一片广阔的蓝海,但是自2014年起,调结构、促改革将成为中国经济的主旋律,经济增长的质量和效益将不断提升,居民私人财富持续快速增长;同时,经济和金融领域变革步伐加快、利率市场化和金融脱媒趋势加剧也给商业银行带来了全新挑战,围绕高净值客户展开的竞争日趋激烈,私人银行业务机遇与挑战并存。如今中国大陆的私人银行业正逐步发展壮大。通过一系列的分析与探究,包括对国外私人银行客户管理策略的研究、国内私人银行发展现状研究,对ABC银行S分行私人银行客户管理现状方面进行全面细致的调查分析,能够更加清晰地了解到ABC银行S分行所处环境及优势与劣势并找出该行进行私人银行客户管理方面的不足,为今后的发展策略提供分析基础。本文在此分析基础上,运用所学知识与国内外其他金融机构发展私人银行业务的经验相结合并融会贯通,提出一套可行性强的能够帮助ABC银行S分行私人银行提升客户管理管理策略方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of the process of social wealth accumulation, a good social and economic environment has laid the foundation for the development of private banks in the mainland of China. Private banks appeared in mainland China at the beginning of the 21st century. It has become a vast blue sea for competition among major financial institutions, but since 2014, adjusting the structure and promoting reform will become the main theme of China's economy, the quality and efficiency of economic growth will continue to improve, and the private wealth of residents will continue to grow rapidly. At the same time, the pace of economic and financial reform, interest rate marketization and financial disintermediation have also brought new challenges to commercial banks. The competition around high net worth customers is becoming increasingly fierce, and private banking business opportunities and challenges coexist. China's private banking sector is now growing stronger. Through a series of analysis and exploration, including the foreign private bank customer management strategy research, the domestic private bank development situation research, the ABC bank S branch private bank customer management present situation comprehensive detailed investigation and analysis, It can clearly understand the environment, advantages and disadvantages of the S branch of ABC Bank, and find out the shortcomings of the bank in the private bank customer management, and provide an analytical basis for the future development strategy. On the basis of this analysis, this paper combines the knowledge learned with the experience of other financial institutions at home and abroad to develop private banking business. This paper presents a feasible scheme to help ABC Bank S branch private banks to improve customer management strategy.
