知识资产特性与外部学习战略重要性的实证研究

【摘要】：在对比企业内部学习和外部学习的基础上,本文通过对我国115家高技术企业的知识资产(技术资产、关系资产和结构资产)特性与外部学习战略重要性的关系进行实证研究,发现关系资产特性中的声誉与外部学习的战略重要性呈显著的负相关关系,客户关系和外部技术合作的成功经验与外部学习的战略重要性呈显著正相关关系。而技术资产特性和结构资产特性对外部学习战略重要性并没有显著影响。
[Abstract]:On the basis of comparing internal and external learning, this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between the characteristics of knowledge assets (technology assets, relational assets and structural assets) and the importance of external learning strategy of 115 high-tech enterprises in China. It is found that the reputation in relational assets is negatively correlated with the strategic importance of external learning, while the successful experience of customer relationship and external technical cooperation is positively correlated with the strategic importance of external learning. However, the characteristics of technical assets and structural assets have no significant influence on the importance of external learning strategy.
