浅谈以顾客价值为中心的企业战略模式

【摘要】:本文认为,面对环境的高度不确定性,传统工业经济时代的产品管理战略已不能适应企业的发展,企业必须转向从顾客的角度进行经营,理解顾客与企业之间建立的联系,找出顾客关注的价值领域,以顾客价值为中心制定新的战略,从而将资源集中于最能产生回报的地方,同时指出建立良好的客户关系将成为企业长期赢利的关键。
[Abstract]:In the face of the high uncertainty of the environment, the product management strategy of the traditional industrial economy era can no longer adapt to the development of the enterprise, so the enterprise must turn to the management from the customer's point of view and understand the relationship between the customer and the enterprise. To find out the value field of customer's concern and make a new strategy with customer value as the center, so as to concentrate resources on the most productive place, and point out that establishing good customer relationship will be the key to long-term profit of enterprise.
