【摘要】:随着市场竞争的日益激烈,企业为了获取竞争优势,大客户关系管理成为客户关系管理的最为重要的一部分。在物流供应链中,大客户管理被认为是一种行之有效的物流客户关系发展方向。本文将着重分析物流行业大客户关系管理的五个决定因素。

In logistics supply chain, large account management is regarded as an effective direction of logistics customer relationship development. This paper will focus on the analysis of the logistics industry key customer relationship management five determinants.
