【摘要】:广东九联科技股份有限公司成立于2001年,主要从事数字电视网络终端产品的研发、生产、销售和服务,并致力于面向三网融合的家庭多媒体智能终端市场的产品开发、方案设计和服务提供,是国内领先的数字电视网络终端设备及技术服务提供商。九联科技要在“十二五”的经济发展浪潮中获得自身的长期、稳定的发展,除了需要建立良好的内部管理运营机制之外,同时,还得抓得住“市场”,在现代企业的标准化管理日益增强、产品生产技术相差不大、产品质量差异化缩小的今天,必需把市场销售管理放在十分重要的位置,并通过各种行之有效的措施,提供良好的市场销售服务、建立牢靠的客户关系和客户信任感,因此,建立一套完善的九联科技销售管理系统不仅能够帮助企业提升管理水平和企业形象,更能为企业带来更多的“隐形”经济效益。 本文采用宏观环境分析方法(PEST模型)和五力分析方法,结合最新的一些研究数据和报告,对九联科技面临的机顶盒行业的宏观和微观进行了分析,明确了九联科技面临的内外部环境态势,同时,通过内部的调研分析,提出了应用信息化手段,通过对九联科技公司销售业务流程的分析,梳理,提出了优化建议与意见,应用软件工程的思维和理念,对信息化功能点进行了分析,实现了九联科技销售管理系统的设计和实现,建设九联科技自身的销售管理系统,辅助九联科技销售管理水平的提升。
[Abstract]:Guangdong Jiulian Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2001, mainly engaged in the research and development, production, sales and service of digital television network terminal products, and is committed to the product development of home multimedia intelligent terminal market, which is aimed at the integration of three networks. The solution design and service supply, is the domestic leading digital television network terminal equipment and the technical service provider. In order to obtain its own long-term and stable development in the economic development tide of the 12th Five-Year Plan, Jiulian Science and Technology not only needs to establish a good internal management and operation mechanism, but also must grasp the "market." At a time when the standardization management of modern enterprises is increasingly strengthened, the product production technology is not different, and the product quality difference is narrowing, it is necessary to put the marketing management in a very important position and adopt various effective measures. To provide good marketing services, establish solid customer relationship and customer trust, therefore, the establishment of a comprehensive Jiulian technology sales management system can not only help enterprises improve their management level and corporate image, More for the enterprise to bring more "invisible" economic benefits. In this paper, the macroscopical environment analysis method (PEST model) and five forces analysis method are used to analyze the macroscopical and microcosmic of the set-top box industry in Jiulian Science and Technology, combined with some latest research data and reports. This paper clarifies the internal and external environment situation of Jiulian Science and Technology Company, and at the same time, through the internal investigation and analysis, puts forward the application of information technology means, through the analysis of the sales business process of Jiulian Science and Technology Company, combs, puts forward the optimized suggestions and opinions. Based on the thinking and concept of software engineering, this paper analyzes the function points of information technology, realizes the design and realization of Jiulian S & T sales management system, and builds the sales management system of Jiulian Science and Technology itself. Assist in upgrading the management level of Jiulian technology sales.
